We purchased our first golf cart here and we were told it was under warranty. The battery stopped charging so we called to ask them to take a look at it for us. Keep in mind when we made the purchase they assured the warranty was good and we’d have no issues with all these extra fluffy promises.

They sent someone to pick up our golf cart on a Monday and they also told us they would take a look at it and run a diagnostic the next day since it was almost the end of the business day.

We called the following day before noon to follow up and we were told they probably would get to it and asked if it was under warranty. We told them they told us it was under warranty when they sold it to us, so it should be. We were then told they are swamped and probably wouldn’t get to look at our cart that day and we have no idea what it’s like contacting “those warranty places.”

We called again the next day to follow up and it was clear we were inconveniencing them for asking and being under a “warranty” which now I wonder if the cart was ever under warranty, because we never received anything proving the cart was under a warranty.

However, as annoying as it was to wait a fourth day, we gave it another day and initiated our follow up again on day four of them having possession of our cart. Never in my life have I ever witnessed my spouse receive such rude terrible tones and remarks as a paying customer.

We actually ended up deciding to stop questioning the warranty and called a reputable golf cart business that met us right off their property to load our golf cart on their truck immediately after deciding to part ways with this business permanently for all future endeavors. The other business that picked up our cart did a thorough diagnostic in less than 24 hours of picking our cart up near the end of a business day and took the time to educate us on all the details of our cart. We learned how shady the sale was made to us a year ago.

If you enjoy feeling like you are an inconvenience as a customer, being taken advantage of as a client, and shady situations by all means this is the shop for you.

IF I could leave a Lower mark I would - Brought them a BRAND NEW cart to sell on consignment. Immaculate and perfectly running with a 100% charge. Picked it up today - FILTHY - Batteries DEAD , charge doesn't work. Has 2 and a half hours on the meter morew than it had when I left it. Doesn't go into forward at all after charging with an external charger (they smoked mine). Nice enough people , just totally incompetant.
