Rick helped me find the correct compressor for a 93 Defender I had at my shop with an aftermarket A/C system. The one that was currently installed, had a cylinder head from another compressor. We wanted to avoid swapping cylinder heads, and find one that was a direct swap. Rick spent time talking on the phone with me, receiving and reviewing photos to find us a compatible one. We were able to get our customers vehicle taken care of in a timely manner and we couldn’t have done it without Rick’s expertise, patience and top notch customer service.

I ordered an item 2nd day air freight and the item was delivered the next day! I inspected the item and its packaging. Item was packaged very well and I was very pleased to see that what I ordered was made in USA. I then received an email from Rick with a full credit for freight. I contacted Rick with Autoaironline to see if it was a mistake. Rick told me that since the item shipped from a location close to me expedited shipping wasn't necessary. I appreciate the honesty and quality service from this company. I will be calling on them for my next purchase.

I contacted Rick to find parts for my Sanden compressor. Even though the parts were not available he went out of his way to help me find a remedy for my problem. He went as far as to send me a repair manual via E-mail and then recommended another alternative to my problem. We talked several times over the phone and although he was never compensated for his time, he was helpful and courteous. If ever I need anything else, he will be my first choice.

Finding a replacement compressor for a 40 year old car with an aftermarket a/c system isn't easy, in fact the shop working on my vehicle gave up and left it to me. Of all the many outlets I contacted the only positive response was from Rick at Autoaironline. To ensure he was supplying a compatible compressor he asked for photos of the old one and even after that sent me photos with specific vital measurements on two different occasions. It was hard to believe that any supplier would take this much trouble over what to him was a small order. My old compressor had charging ports on the manifold and the replacement did not, so a separate manifold was also shipped to take care of this problem. Due to the carelessness of either UPS or the Canadian customs service, this second item didn't arrive but when informed, Rick didn't question this and immediately shipped a replacement at no charge. Would I recommend Autoaironline? An unhesitating YES to that question.

If you didnt scam so many people here you would know who I am. Bet you cant figure it out by your daily complaint logs. By the way you werent interested in both sides of the story when you stole my money, strange your worried about it now.

SCAM company!!! Dont use, exact same problem as all the others here who complained, they will NOT warranty any product!! My compressor didnt work even once PAID twice and didnt get a refund on warranty as they promised me. DO NOT USE - BEWARE

Purchased new compressor for a caterpillar skid steer and the compressor worked for about 8 hours and locked up. They asked me to send pictures and by those pictures they determined the warranty would not cover their product. This is an inferior product that promotes a warranty that they have no intention of honoring. Beware it is cheap for a reason. I will not be a return customer

Its funny that he has scammed and cheated so many customers he cant figure out which customer is posting the complaint. I suggest any readers avoid his company. By the way great job on a whopping 1.9 rating

They scammed me too, all these people posting bad reviews cant be wrong, owner has many excuses but will steal your money with no refunds, all the same story with this guy
