Called made me cancel a eBay order due to a software error. The manager Brian said he’d hook me up on a good deal the next set of tires I’d like to buy. The manager had no clue they even sold the tires I wanted. Was supposed to call me the day the manufacturer rebate ended, promised to the moon he wouldn’t forget. No call. I’ve left 4 messages with them no call back. If this is how the manager runs the show I’d stay away from this place.

Patty!!! Omg best online purchasing experience I’ve had in years. She located me 4 of the last 8 tires in the Nation! Super hard to find Nitto 555G2’s in a 315!!! She stayed on top of my order from start to finish AND lowest price I could find anywhere! Thank you Patty, Dan Grimes.

I bought a set of 4 tires through Walmart website, we only received 3 of them, communication and customer service with Best Wheels Online was excellent. They sent the missing tire in a timely manner.

They didn't honor their 60 days warranty. I emailed them for 40 days before the warranty expired and never got back a penny. Just buy local, they can't beat autozone warranties.

Sent wrong tires, notified sender. It has been 1 month and they STILL have not corrected the issue

Horrible all around experience. Not receiving exactly what I ordered, It took over 2 weeks to receive product, refusal for refund and I had to wait even longer for my full order, and very poor customer service. Extremely disappointing
