We recently purchased a car from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt well taken care of. Our sales professional, Ronnie, was exceptional. He was honest and transparent about everything, no games or pressure tactics whatsoever. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure every detail was handled. Sales Manager Jeff was also instrumental in helping us secure the best possible deal. The finance process was equally smooth, thanks to the finance manager (I apologize for not remembering her name). She was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at her job. What impressed me most was the team's dedication – they even stayed late to ensure all the details were handled well. It's clear that this dealership prioritizes customer satisfaction and isn't just focused on making a sale. I highly recommend them!

Melanie was great! She was meticulous (right up to her cute blue nails!) Everything was explained clearly and she discussed the pros and cons which helped us determine what additional protection was the right fit for our needs. REALLY appreciate the time and dedication to the customer!

Sarah is an amazing rep! Gets my keep in quickly and keeps me updated on progress. Chrysler/Jeep as a corporation has some policies that suck (no loaners) seriously WTF! Honda gives loaners to people who drive civics! But I digress. Took my vehicle in to have a tire system checked out. Process was quick and easy! Thank you Sarah!!

Recently I worked with Melanie and it was a very pleasant experience. She helped me on a new warranty for a new TRX that I purchased. She was incredibly friendly and never pressured me to buy anything I did not need. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to buy an used or new car!

I really enjoyed my car buying experience here. Antonio was very helpful and had my best interest at heart. Helped me make up my mind on what car was best for me and the best way to go about getting it. Melanie was also amazing! She got me a really good deal on a 7 year warranty for my used vehicle! If you guys are looking to buy a car definitely work with these people.

I had a routine oil change and they gave me a lift ride back to my house while I waited for the work to be completed. Then they gave me another lift ride back to pick up my car. They were polite and efficient and I have nothing but compliments about the dealership/Service department

Recently purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Carlsbad, California. We have nothing but good things to say, our sales rep Antonio was great and Melanie the finance rep was amazing. They give you the information you need, and don’t pressure you into buying anything. Overall, great experience and good people. :)

I recently purchased my new vehicle at this dealership and it was a very positive experience. I was dreading buying a new vehicle mainly due to the cost of new cars and dealing/haggling with car salesmen, but AutoNation put my mind at ease when it came to communication, negotiating and customer service. I was interested in a vehicle on their site, negotiated a price that I was happy with through email and finally scheduled a visit to the dealership. All other dealerships were unwilling to negotiate through email and always wanted me to go in-person. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the sales manager Alex Jarvis and salesmen Xymone (pronounced Simon) Dapal. Both of them were cordial and helped me through the process in finalizing the paperwork. They were transparent about a small cosmetic defect they found on the vehicle which they fixed for me. They accommodated me with my busy schedule. If you are in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler vehicle, I highly recommend AutoNation.
