Stopped to get a refill on our C02. This is a one stop beer shop for sure. I already had a 6 keg I bought but if I were making my own brew this is where I go for supplies. I wish I had more time to look around because there were a lot of interesting bottles, books and bin to see.

My husband and I took a brewing class, since we’ve been wanting to learn how to make our own beer. You can go through the entire process with Derek and end up with about 50 bottles of your own brew!!?. We got our beer back yesterday and we love it. Derek and Warren are great guys with a lot of knowledge. This place has all the supplies you’d need to get started!! Plus the variety of grains and yeast is impressive. Can’t wait to brew our next beer.

Derek and Warren are great! They helped us get a kegerator ordered and set up with everything needed to serve our home brews. Fortunate to have such a great business locally. Wide selection of grains and yeasts in stock. Will be returning more regularly once we get our own home brewing setup completed.

Derek was awesome we have zero experience brewing i took my husband as a birthday gift who loves local breweries and has wanted to lean how to brew his own beer it was a personal class which makes the class so much better every question we had was answered with extreme detail and some multiple times we also took as many notes and tips as we could the whole experience was awesome and perfect because my husband is a hands on learner not only did we do the class but received a tour of the store the store is clean stocked with plenty or yeast hops and around 70 grains as well as supplys all at reasonable cost we received beer tasting and a book we could we were able to look at and copy recipes from the whole thing was 10/10 and i would recommend to anyone they sell beginner kits which we did buy and are excited to make beer at home

Derek does a great job. He has what you need at very fair prices. The shop is set up well and he has all the home-brew bases covered under one roof. I highly recommend Derek and Afford-a-Brew. You come away knowing that you received value for your money.
