First timer. Came back three other times. GREAT tasting coffee. TERRIFIC tasting, fresh bagels worthy of being deemed a "NYC bagel." Seriously impressed with their plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Everything smelled and looked great. Tried the 'Egg on a Roll' for $4.50 and that was really good. This is a great neighborhood coffee shop and well worth your cash.

I’ve gone on three different occasions.
Service is good.
Food is tasty.
Price is up there for sure.
In my opinion they seem to cater to older people since they have a lot of prepared foods. Could explain why the bread is so good and soft!

Grabbed some to-go croissants (plain, chocolate and almond) and they were all very good! Will return to try their bread and other products.

Would be great to have more outdoor seating - the place was a bit crowded on a weekend morning, a good indicator of how much the neighbors love the place!

Food is good. Pricey but tasty. But people that work there are incredibly ill mannered and downright rude. They act like they’re doing you a favor and making you a $15 sandwich.

A nightmare of hospitality. I’ll never be back to this place ever again.
I’ve told my friends and family ignore this place.

Passive aggressive behavior of the employees. At the counter I’ve been told if I don’t see the drink I want on the chipboard, that means they don’t have it, and I shouldn’t ask that drink. I was rushed to choose smth else three times, cause I’m on the way of other customers. There was also a tag on a bakery I wanted. It turned out that it was just a label randomly stuck into baked goods that they didn’t have. I was told not to ask for things they don't have. I’ve asked to remove the incorrect tag then.

And other passive aggressive things.
