Wouldn’t recommend living here. Coach infested inside and outside, inside cabinets etc. have maintained spraying regularly professionally and they are everywhere. Some as long as your finger roam the hallways. People let their children run up and down the hallways and skate board throughout so don’t get a window apt that faces the hallways, You will hear everything. The ac unit in the living room only cools the living room area, you will need to install your own ac unit in the bedroom(s) they don’t offer help or assistance but the maintenance man, if you’re nice, he can help you. That’s a plus. You will need an 800+ credit score to be eligible for a unit with their “best appliances” you’ll need to make sure you always lock your cars and park far enough from your parking neighbor’s car because they’ve hit my car and I can’t do anything as far as reviewing surveillance footage without it. We’ve had over 1k$ of stolen packages throughout our lease WITH 2 individually paid parcel pending lockers. The leasing agents are nice but don’t really care or help any of your situations if it requires them to do or help you out further than a conversation or answering a question. I could go on but it’s just so many things that I can complain about. It’s aesthetically pleasing at first and amenities look “nice” but when you live here you start to notice price does not match maintenance of the property as a whole. I'm looking to move to Koreatown for a job reassessment. I saw the ad for Violet on Virgil and so I came to tour as it kept popping up. Upon arriving, you were greeted with snacks and cold drinks. Everyone was very welcoming in the office. Cristal gave me a tour of the model units as they don't have any two bedrooms currently available to view, the unit is well kept up and very spacious for the price. I like that it has a few amenities like the pool in each building and the gym. Also, really liked that you have the ability to rent out their clubhouse. Thought that was pretty cool. Very much enjoyed the tour and Cristal was great knowing that I'm not from this area she gave me a little bit of insight of the area and info on places to shop and eat. Definitely looking to move here!

It was a nice experience with the maintenance team and the leasing office agents. I never faced any issue with anything apart from elevator breaking and non maintenance of a lot gym equipments. The utilities are community based and the square footage based, that becomes costly real quick as when you are not at home still you need to pay for it.

This is the worst apartment to live in currently canceling my lease because living here has been the most worst experience I’ve had mentally this company has no regard or care for it’s residents I’ve been living here for a year and I cannot count how many of my packages have been stolen just recently my car got broken into twice by a homeless man and items was stolen this happened twice in the parking lot because the apartment has only 1 security guard guarding the whole building and his off on weekends the apartment literally has homeless hovering in out of the apartment even living in the parking lot is that safe ? This apartment is scary !!!!
The craziest part about it is that they mounted fake cameras all over the apartment that doesn’t work when you tell the leasing office about your property being stolen and you need the camera footage they tell you to make a police report even upon making a police they still do not show you or give solutions on how the problem of insecurity could be solved rather they act so nonchalant and do not care !!!
should I talk about maintenance bathroom is a always clogged they have severe pipeline issues the exit doors on the apartment would literally lock you in because the locks do not work I’ve been locked in on the stairs for an hour yelling for someone to open the door for me from outside the elevator shuts down every week I no longer use it because I feel it’s not safe and would not want to be locked in there because that has happened to other residents the fire alarm in the apartment goes of frequently if you are very sensitive to noise you cannot live here !!! This apartment offers you a discount and says your rent subsides when you move in but that is a lie it sporadically increases and you can’t understand the break down If you are planning on moving here please save your coins and move somewhere else but if you are tolerable to all this I’ve mentioned then you can move in because this is very honest review this apartment is just bent on moving people in and are not equipped to manage the building I am going to be moving out for my safety thanks!

Hicimos la aplicación y pagamos el deposito de $200, al final, no nos quedamos con el apartamento, no recibimos respuesta hasta después de mucho tiempo, la última vez que fuimos en persona a consultar como iba el proceso, literalmente habían 4 personas de oficina y ni uno se digno a atendernos, nos evitaron y continuaron charlando entre ellos (no era horario de almuerzo) simplemente no nos quisieron atender, me comunique por correo para el reembolso de los $200 de depósito, dijeron 3 semanas a lo mucho para dicho reembolso, y han pasado 4, nada del reembolso y menos que responden los correos. Pesimo, no me extraña la calificación baja que tienen.

Never thought I would have to take so many cold showers moving here. Something is always down or broken in this place. Front desk just brushes it off their shoulders because they don’t have to deal with it.
