I have been shopping and buying items here for years. I was sold something that didn’t have all the parts. The only way to get the part was ordering it online. I tried to return it, but they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Because it was outside the two day waiting period, I would understand this if they sold me everything for the product to be able to figure out if worked or not. But given the fact the part had to be ordered online made that impossible, and the associate that sold it to me didn’t even offer me the warranty at the time. They also didn’t give me a receipt, but it shows under my phone number when it was purchased. Either way, I spoke to the manager and all they kept saying is there is nothing they can do. Which makes me wonder what happened to customer service or even appreciation. Because I have bought quite a few things there before, but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. But I guess thanks for putting the bad taste in my mouth, so I remember with other businesses.

Hands down the best customer service I didn’t know how I was going to get through the week my only option was to pawn my stuff. Henry is who helped me he made me feel comfortable and not ashamed or embarrassed to pawn my stuff he gave me reinsurance I didn’t even know I needed. I walked in feeling embarrassed I had to pawn my items but walked out feeling okay. Great customer service sending all my family friends here!!
