The customer service at stories by Swissbo is absolutely amazing! I was planning on making an online purchase but wasn't sure about delivery and had some questions about the item. The customer service I had from Pai and Ignacio when I called the store was incredible, they answered all of my questions, made sure the item was in inventory and made sure my order was delivered in a timely manner as this was a gift and I was located outside of the store area. I highly recommend this store, the online/website experience is great! Thanks again will definitely purchase again!
