I'm not a big review writer unless I had an experience that really blew me away. I had this kind of experience with Saga Concepts so I just wanted to share it.
First off I ordered online from them. They have good prices and sales that make buying from them a really easy decision. I ordered from them multiple times and every time it has been such a great experience.
This time I had a question so I contacted them by email and the customer service was awesome. It was fast , pleasant and the best part is that they worked with me to make sure I was well taken care of. Even though I'm an out of state customer I felt that they were very personal, as if I was a regular local to the store.

Bottom line is that you will not regret ordering from them. You'll be treated like a regular and you will know you had a great competitive price. I highly recommend supporting this store and hands down will order again.

Pre ordered the new MTG commander decks from them and not only were the decks better priced then most places, they arrived fast and in good condition. They even give you updates along the way about your purchase status so you feel at ease that its a real reputable dealer. Would shop with them again.

I rarely have an issue with any order but when there is a problem, it is always fixed and they go out of their way to make things right. I preordered 2 cases of Surging Sparks sleeved pack from Saga, and it said “expected to release and ship on Nov 8”.

On Nov 8, nothing updated so I emailed them but no answer so I called store, which the person at store said they “will send my words to the person who in charge of online orders”. Finally i got email back from them, which said they only have 1 case and waiting for the next allocation to come. Back and forth, they agreed to ship me 1 case first and another case will ship when they receive their allocation. (And yes no apologize for didnt reach me in the beginning or anything)

They shipped first case on Nov 13 and I received it, but that’s all and never heard anything from them again. Until last week (which is already a month from what they supposed to fulfill me) I didn’t see any updates, so I emailed them with no answer again. I called store, and all they said is “they will send my words to person in charge of online orders,” and promised “I’ll get my answer by Monday lastest.” Which it’s tuesday and still no answer.

I don’t mind to wait, but it’s really stressful that I didn’t get any updates nor they even bother to reach out/answer me at all. I don’t know what’s their allocation, but they must be oversold their stock (as they have their stock availability when I preordered it). And it’s hard to think that they didn’t get their 2nd wave from Nov 8 til now. And yes not even 1 apologize

Update 11/22/2024: Had a small problem with an order having some missing pieces from GW packing error. The owner of Saga Teg responded so quickly and resolved the issue for me without any hesitation and no hoops for me to jump through. He has definitely secured me as a permanent customer. I can say Saga Concepts is an outstanding store being run by a really amazing staff!

ORIGINAL: I’ve order a few times now from Saga Concepts and every time has been an excellent transaction. Fast shipping and best prices on product! All I can say is give them a shot you won’t be disappointed
