I love their perfumes and the discounts that they offer. I often buy skirts and dresses, as the clothes seem geared towards teens and twenty-somethings. The customer service is awesome! They greeted my friends and I with a smile, and offered to help us find what we were looking for. Overall it was an awesome experience. Especially as I stood back and watched the associates consistently greet each new customer with heartfelt greetings a huge smile, and an offer to help! My friend wanted a specific tee shirt, and the associate helping her. To no avail, the associate walked the entire store to search the shelves. She told my friend she had one more place to check...and 5 minutes later, she popped out of the storeroom-- with the ?!# Awesome right?

This retail establishment is located within the Mall at Robinson. It has a great selection of reasonably priced clothes. Much of the clothing is 2 for $5, or 2 for $10, although there are items that are slightly more than $20. The reason for the 4 rating is the staff. At first, the woman helping us was very friendly and helpful. Then she virtually disappeared until we checked out. Seemed kind of strange to me as there were plenty of co-workers to assist others in the store

I enjoyed going to Rue21 when I was younger. They had decent prices for their clothes. The quality wasn't always the best, but I consider them to be one of the quick fashion stores where your already know that going into it. They always had a lot of sales or good deals like buy two get one free, etc. Staff weren't always the friendliest.

Came to shop here was planning on spending a couple hundred bucks. Until the lady came over with the free fragrance samples. Then rudely misgendered me. I just sat my stuff down and walked off. Not gonna scream transohobia. I love shopping at rue. I won't be shopping at this store again.

One of my go-to's for clothes. Most of the time they got buy one get one half off. Huge selection of shirts and pants. Alotta good graphic tees also. Employees are always friendly. Check out lines move fast.
