Rocks with Sass is a beautiful, welcoming, and clean shop full of a wide variety of beautiful high quality crystals and other similar items. Everyone who works there is kind, patient, and full of knowledge they can’t wait to share with anyone who asks. They are incredibly intuitive and provide a tailored experience to their customers starting the first time when you walk in the door. They will take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for as little or as much as YOU want. They make thoughtful and intentional recommendations and it does not take them long to understand you and make recommendations that are exactly what you are looking for. I love going in the shop when I have something specific I am looking for, just to see what’s new, or say hi and check in with the incredible staff who make you feel like part of the team. Their foundation is built on the quality products, which are constantly refreshed and beautifully displayed, and their stellar staff and customer service, and because of that I have NEVER felt pressured into buying anything which is not always the case in other shops. I HIGHLY recommend Rocks with Sass whether you are new to crystals or an experienced collector!

Fantastic store. Such a great assortment of gemstones and crystals in all sizes, shapes, and price ranges. The shop itself has a wonderful, sunny vibe. I was asked if I was looking for anything specific or needed help, but then was left to shop in peace while I slowly went through the store. No pressure to buy anything (which I absolutely did and will be back to buy more). I bought a number of things for my moon shelf and they fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite crystal shops ever! Always so excited when I get to come in here being that I’m from Youngstown and am not out this way very often! This place is always immaculate with a large variety of amazing crystals and metaphysical objects! Also their branding on social media is something that I look up to and admire so so much! Their website not only gives us a place to shop online, but curates such an educational experience as well, which as a consumer is so important to me! I absolutely love this place!! They always have a nice selection of crystals and offer some other things!! I recently moved away from the Columbus area, but I make sure to stop in whenever I visit down there!! Added pics of the newest crystals I got yesterday!! Also..I always feel so good when leaving!!

This is one of my favorite crystal shops! It is so organized and well laid out. The energy and the vibe is amazing and everyone that works here is so nice! I’m always immediately greeted when walking in and checked on while shopping! They have a huge selection of crystals and I always find new things every time I go! I’ve also brought a lot of friends here, it’s great for beginners because they have cards that go with the crystals!
