We LOVE Reflections. Unfortunately due to medical reasons we will be moving. Wonderful amenities and wonderful people Unlike some previous reviews we are very happy with property management. The manager has done a wonderful job of maintaining the park going beyond her duties to keep it running smoothly. Office staff, sales staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and professional. We hope that anyone looking for a home in Florida will stop and take a look at Reflections on Silver Lake.

Where in Florida but here at Reflections ,have PRICES DROPPED IN HALF OR MORE this past year?.Lipstick on a pig!First impressions by the office, office driveway looks decent so as not to notice crumbling roads elsewhere,nor the antiquated water system with frequent unannounced shutoffs,complaints of stomach aches and intestinal distress,or impromptu fiesta parties with LaBamba type music blasting to 2am or people leaving dogs alone to bark all day.Newsletters addressing residents as if retarded kids" come early to get your favorite donut!"You may notice garbage collectors filling their front lawns.A little research you'll learn 119k new modulars have been reduced to 49k! A 27k 2 bdrm unit prime lake and tennis location, took a year to sell for 12k.My experience the park is run by hostile amateurs with no formal business education.Will issue an eviction if rent is just once 3 weeks late.Report a stalking neighbor and they send him to your door "hoping you become friends".To avoid the"Bill Sachsenmeier Memorial Drive" address,I paid hundreds yearly for a PO box in town.Buyers Beware.In a hot Florida market they seem to take a year to sell units,at less than half the original listing price.Outside realtor put my unit in escrow in less than a month ,as if humiliated by a rapid sale,Tina the mgr.wouldnot allow the buyer to apply for park approval,saying there is a lien on the unit,a lie, and the sale was cancelled.killing sales that keep pace with the Florida market brings everyone's price down.Legacy communities wake up! Fix your infrastructure and get some professional management with people skills.The "Meet the Mgmt."invitation a flop,seems most buyers meet your current Reflections Management Clowns Show,then go elsewhere.LOL

We have been staying here in an RV for the past 4 winters. We recently purchased a home here. It is a wonderful park, and the management and staff are friendly, approachable and available.. All you really need to do to get along well here is follow the rules that are easily found and followed. Great amenities and plentiful activities. This is a very friendly community and I highly recommend this place to other snowbirds or year-rounders!

I have been a snowbird here for seven years Up until this yr I would have given the park a great rating but this yr has been nothing but bad news. Lack of help makes it worse. no grass cutting, sink holes in road,trash hauling problems, no weed trimming I’m embarrassed of the way it looks in the RV section.
Lack of explanation on rules. Can’t get any responses from corporate. Many unhappy people now.
Hopefully if I return for next winter season things will be better.
If not my time here may be coming to a end

yes you have a company that cut around office and entrance, but not the parks sites tall grass and weeds, in your policy book it states that grass is included so why is it not being done i had ours cut one time since November and now as we are all heading back north for summer they cut some grass . when are the sinkholes in the roads will be address the one guy cant even use his driveway. i accept the citation only because the rules book that i have read several times it does not say we cannot have a propane fire table also i checked with two other legacy run parks here in Florida and they allow them so I'm a little confused why we are being discriminated against here.
So please have someone or you reach out and explain what open fire is so we are not in violation
i have over the years promoted and talk this park up and know what a great park it was and I have hope that you can bring it back

I’ve noticed most negative reviews are met with the staff of reflections blaming the people doing the posting. Let’s start with lawn cutting, got mine cut once along the back of my place in a year and a half that was because they put in a work order. Next we sold our place and closing date was May first as of today June 9th we have still not received anything. We are now at the place where no phone calls or emails are returned. We checked reviews about Legacy with so many detailing that they waited for so long. This goes to show you reflections and Legacy is all about the money

If you like being treated like you're 5 instead of 55+ this is the park for you. Belittled, and embarrassed for not obeying one rule, instead of just being told about it, was ridiculous!!!![Tina!]
Our 30amp power wasn't working and wasn't fixed after reporting it. It's messy and junky with dilapidated trailers everywhere. There are much nicer parks in that area, try them.

In response to your reply, Way to miss the point! I said nothing about alcohol! We were not drinking alcohol! We had aluminum cups of water, and all Tina had to do was tap us on the shoulder, instead of marking us out on a power trip. We simply didn't know the rule existed at your facility, as we travel all over and have never encountered this. Attached is one of the many dilapidated trailers that are on your property. My guess is the 30 amp power is still not working, lol!

My little Retro camper, my pup and I are here for 6 weeks. The office staff is incredibly helpful for newcomers. What fun and fellowship we have had. Great site with grass lawn for us to enjoy. Monthly calendar lists the many daily activities. Easy living community. I will be back next winter for sure.
