I'm absolutely delighted with my experience at Park on First! The management team has been exceptional from day one—handling everything from the move-in process to minor concerns with perfect organization. FIVE STARS!!!

The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Having the option for an additional locker for your mail adds so much convenience. The guest parking always has available spots.

I feel incredibly safe here, thanks to the security team's regular patrols throughout the property and parking areas. The continuous improvements I see daily reflect the team's commitment to residents' comfort and satisfaction.

The maintenance team has been phenomenal, with Carlos in particular doing an outstanding job!

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Vanessa Barrera and the entire team for their unwavering dedication. I couldn't be happier to be part of this wonderful community!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I have lived here since September, and absolutely love it! It is a beautiful complex with beautiful design apartment homes. The amenities are on point. The fitness enters are state of the art and the pools are so lovely and nice place to relax and layout.

The best part of is the leasing office staff Kimberly is so sweat and professional and has created a great welcoming ambiance within in her team. Anytime myself or my children have gone to the office, they have provided great customer service, and provide assistance.

When I first moved in my leasing agent Dallas even took the time troubleshoot download the Built app, (used to pay rent) on my phone since my kids were not there to help as they usually do. Maintenance has also been fantastic! One time my daughter accidentally threw her phone done the trash shoot and she called after hours and they took the time to recover her phone, disinfect it, and being it up stairs. I am truly lucky to call this place home!

Vanessa is truly great! Super helpful and caring, she is the reason I decided to move in! Also the apartment itself is very nice and new, and the security is doing a great job too! Totally recommend to rent here!

Mail room is the worst I have ever seen!!! People outside can just come in and take whatever they want, the door is broken for a long time! The pacel locker is always full, they should charge a fee if the residents don't take them out. I would not recommend this place if you take your package ? seriously. Everything else is good so far.

Regarding the amenities, apartments, and location, I can't recommend Park on First enough. The unit is excellent and was in great condition when we moved in. We are very comfortable and feel at home here. All the amenities (and there are a lot of amenities) are in excellent working order.

Moving in and getting set up was a smooth, seamless process. I want to give a shout-out to our agent - Vanessa - who really made everything easy and welcoming. She went above and beyond in helping us get the kind of unit we were looking for and helped us every step of the way. Really friendly and professional!

Ms. King’s professional courtesy and cheerful attitude were a bright spot for my wife and I during our last visit to the main office for questions about our apartment’s annual insurance renewal. We always look forward to visiting with her when we have questions or concerns. We love living here with a view of the Santa Ana Zoo, a beautiful pool (s) and fitness center (s) along with beautiful common areas for relaxation and events. Well done - to Ms. King and her team.
