I visited this smoke shop recently, and it was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

As soon as I walked in, the tall guy at the counter, his name was either Isaiah, with curly hair stared at me for two full minutes, as if I didn’t belong there. When he finally spoke, his tone was shockingly rude, and things only got worse from there.

I asked for a pack of Marlboro Blend No. 27 cigarettes, and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed them out, describing them clearly as the golden pack, third from the left on the row. Instead of assisting me, he just glared at me with a look that felt outright racist. It was clear from his demeanor and the way he was interacting with me that he was judging me based on something other than my request.

Then, out of nowhere, he barked, “ID please!” I handed over my ID, but instead of processing it normally, he shouted at me again, demanding that I “HOLD MY COFFEE”—in an unnecessarily aggressive and demeaning tone.

Even after I paid, his hostility continued. I’ve never been treated this poorly while making a simple purchase, and it was clear that his behavior stemmed from prejudice rather than any legitimate reason.

To the owners: Your shop benefits from a prime location on the Vegas Strip, surrounded by hotels and tourists. But employing staff members who are not only rude but openly racist will damage your reputation and drive customers away. I hope you take this issue seriously because no one should ever feel unwelcome or disrespected in your store.

Beware - fake vapes.
They didn’t have my flavor of Geek Bar so I asked them to recommend something and they said haunted blueberry was good. Sounded interesting so I paid $50 for it and tried it before leaving at their offering. It tasted like butter and I was shocked how bad it was. I literally said to them that it was horrible and he said coldy there was nothing they could do about flavor. I told them I would not be back and left. All the positive reviews on here have to be fake.

The people that own this establishment are nothing but real people with real prices and real vibes. They will make you feel the most welcomed at any given time. 100 % Isiah is the boss man no doubt and he will do whatever it takes to satisfy whatever needs you desire or have. Do not come to this store using your credit card they take pictures of your card and your i.d. when you buy smoke or vape pay attention see how he put your card to the tablet then take the picture while look at your security pin number back of your card they did this to my friend and now to me my friend cash card was use couple weeks later by someone he don't know be careful with this store you guys can try then you know what I'm talking about bring a hidden camera catch this guy it a young guy dark hair mid eastern

The guy working the night we came in was so clutch. Twice. We went to Vegas and decided to get married while we were there (4/27/2023). My now husband needed a ring and the guy working there showed him the only ring he had which was a ring with a bottle opener on the inside that said "Vegas" on the outside. Then we came back after getting married and he let us use his scotch tape to wrap around it so it would fit better. We bought a "Just Married" sash there and were congratulated by everyone throughout the night. He was super nice and helpful even though he had other customers to tend to. He took care of everyone with friendliness and efficiency. Just a great guy! He was part of what made celebrating our new marriage more special.
