I’ve given this place multiple tries, and although the staff is friendly and nice, I just don’t think I will be coming back. Quite frankly I don’t think they know how to make a decent cup of coffee. Everytime I’ve come I’ve gotten iced milk or hot milk basically what their coffee consists of. I wouldn’t recommend this place to coffee lovers, more to people who want little to no coffee. (Milk lovers)
As you see in the photo below I got a Cinnabomb and there’s absolutely no cinnamon in there, not even a taste of it..I would say maybe this cup is 1/8 coffee and 7/8 just hot milk..
I would recommend going to Americana Coffee on FM 78 for real coffee lovers
I am aware that most of their employees are teenagers or younger people but it almost feels like they are making the drinks for themselves extra sweet and milky, rather than for customers who enjoy coffee
But this is just my opinion, please still try this place if you would like

This is my fav OTG! Everyone at every OTG is always so nice, but this location is just the best. I love when Aaron is working. He is literally the sweetest and most genuine and sincere person ever. He is always smiling and happy to chat. He has the best customer service. But also everyone there is great! Thanks for delicious coffee and wonderful service!

Liv & Jayla (sry if I messed those names up) on the closing crew are amazing. Great recommendations, vibes, customer service and all! I never feel rushed when I go in and they always make me feel welcomed. I rarely get a chance to go in as I'm a closing manager myself and by the time I get off work OTG is closed. However; I am sure to stop in every chance I get because of these 2 crew members. 5* service and great drinks every time regardless if it's coffee, energy drinks, tea or whatever. Thank you OTG for employing some amazing staff members.

This is my happy place. I’m embarrassed to admit how many times a week I stop by. It pretty much part of my daily routine. I enjoy the coffee black as much as I enjoy their specialty drinks. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond when ever an issue might happen. My kids love their muffin tops and shakes. Afternoons are perfect for the iced peach green tea. Honestly, I haven’t had a drink I don’t like. This is jewel of our area!

My go-to place for coffee and energy drinks. The customer service is awesome, and everyone working there is extremely pleasant and fun. The prices are better than sbux and the coffee tastes better as well. My only complaints are the drinks don't appear to be made the same way consistently, and the menu both online and at the window doesn't even scratch the surface of their drink options. As far as consistency with drinks, the same drink tastes different almost every time I order one here. They're never bad, but I also never know what it's going to taste like. The OTG off Roy Richard Dr is the same tasting drink every time, but it's out of the way for me. I recommend the iced salted caramel grinder with caramel drizzle, or the Riser (energy drink) with pineapple and blue raspberry.

Love the coffee and flavored teas! My husband loves the frozen mango and strawberry lemonades as well. We always have outstanding service from all of the people working there, they are always pleasant and courteous!
