I first came to these guys based on Facebook recommendations. After being their customer for probably a year, I knew I loved their service and trusted them completely. But I decided to try a shop closer to my house just for convenience that also came with great recommendations. First a.m. on July 22 '24 dropped off my car for clutch issues and headlight problems. I'm very relieved and grateful for the full clutch kit replacement and the drivers side headlight/wiring repair (fried) and new xenon bulb. I was given a loaner car to use. I was so amazed how promptly the work was done. Corey and Chris run an excellent repair shop and evoke complete trust. When I picked up car later that same day, Corey kept the old parts to show me the wear and tear of parts replaced, and felt amazed that they did this in one day. I highly recommend their professionalism to anyone needing their car accessed for needed service. Thanks again! I Will continue to refer your repair shop.

The folks at On Site Auto Repair are wonderfully amazing and helpful! I came in a pinch, as I was only passing through town and not able to stay for a later appointment. While filled with appointments for the day, they very generously checked out the car anyway to see if they could do a quick assist. They did a quick fix and I was back on the road!
So grateful for the generosity of time and kindness.

I was in Santa Rosa for work. On the way there, the skid plate on my car became detached.
I googled auto repair and based upon On Site’s reviews, stopped in to see if they could fix it. I was greeted in a friendly manner and told it would be a little wait before they could look at it. As I sat in the office, I witnessed a customer being waited on and a few calls being answered. All were done in a kind, helpful and honest manner. I felt I was witnessing someone with genuine integrity and character who knew their stuff. I grew up around gear heads and have a basic knowledge of “car talk.” Sooner than I expected, they looked at my car and fixed it in a way that was “better than the original installation.” When I asked how much the mechanic said, “Nothing.” When I persisted, he refused! Wow, I’m from out of town and not a familiar customer. I call this service with a heart! Thank you so much. I had a smile on my face the rest of the day.

I brought my 2004 Ford 150 pickup into On Site Auto Repair on 2/12/2004 and advised per Ford Dealership Repair Service I needed a new engine. After a short conversation he advised me he would check it out and get back to me. Later that same day he called and advised me I did NOT need a new engine, but a "Throttle Body" which was a common mechanical issue in my vehicle. The next day he called to advise my truck repair was completed and ready for pickup. The repair cost was less than 2K when a new rebuilt engine was running approximately 10K. He could have easily said a new engine was in order however his honesty directed otherwise. He advised me to put some miles on it and it there's any problems bring it back and he would take care of it. I put 280 miles on it, and without a hiccup. On Site Auto Repair has become my PERMANENT auto repair tech from now on! The 5 star rating I am providing is an understatement of their professionalism, honesty, excellent service, and timely workmanship.

Amazing and fast service. Called Friday when the brakes went out on our car, he said they could do an assessment on Monday. They were able to isolate and fix the issue very fast (it was the master brake cylinder) and we had the car back by the next day. Incredibly fast service and a fair price!! Will be bringing our cars back to them in the future if needed!

I had a couple problems with my car and I went to them and customer service was on point, trustworthy and friendly. They gave me a car to use while they were fixing mine free of charge. They did an oil change, front brakes (which were metal on metal at the time), air filter replacement, and a free tire rotation and it was less $$ than I expected. Everything was easy and smooth and my car drives wonderfully!
