I want to say that I have never met a more talented and professional group of people than those that work in this Omega boutique. Specifically, Mark. I think he is a class act and a true gentleman. He helped me with an AT purchase by ensuring the watch I was buying was truly the watch I wanted and didn’t end up with buyers remorse. At this price it means a lot.

Second, I came in there two days ago to have my watch bracelet resized. In the process, the bracelet was scratched on a link. Accidents happen, nothing wrong with that. Mark understood and replaced the link in keeping with the otherwise perfect bracelet.

I can’t thank Omega and specifically Mark enough for their great service and professionalism to their customers and their great products.

This is my 5th Omega, and soon perhaps one more; (hopefully it will be Mark that sells it to me). Customer for life.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and personable staff. I came in unsure of what exactly I wanted, but Yannis took his time with me and was able to give me a good selection of watches within my budget to choose from.

I went with the Moonwatch and have already received a handful of compliments from friends and family! My first, but won't be my last Omega.

Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to add a time piece to their collection.

I walked in only few days after the release of a new watch and they already have it in stock. The SA named Tim greeted me nicely and provided me the best service I have ever had in a watch boutique. He helped me adjusting the watch as well as calling Chase for security alerts. He even walked me to the garage with the watch. We become friend since then and I would definitely recommend this boutique and Tim to anyone who want an Omega.

I inherited a Omega watch from my father, the watch needed to be refurbished to better condition. I wanted it to be taken care of well and professionally. I called the Omega Boutique Galleria and Met Robert, he was so helpful and informative and excited to see the watch. He recommended a service and showed me the history of the watch, 1963 constellation with a pan face. I am confident he will take great care of my watch. He also was professional and showed me around all the new models as I am interested in them.
Overall, this was a great decision to visit the store. I can’t wait to see my watch restored.

Sales people here are shady. Inquired about a “rare” watch and just got the door shut saying that I needed to be a VIP. Even went on and said that there are people who have waited 5+ years when the watch was announced in 2020 . So how could someone be waiting 5+ years when it’s only mid 2024? Obviously they asked me to buy a bunch of watches to even be “considered”. Which I wouldn’t have minded if it wasn’t for the obvious lies

Save time and $$ and just buy your omegas rare or not at trusted second hand dealers. You’ll save time and money

He is extremely professional and has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable in the selection process.
