I love my cabinets. At first I thought that customer service was excellent. I had a great rep and designer. I received a couple of parts broken in shipping and they took care of them. But I also had two Ebony Shaker Base Boards backordered in the original shipment. I have spoke with Eric on many occasions and he said he’d send them. After many calls and two years of waiting, he never sent the missing backordered parts. REQUESTED BASEBOARDS AND THEN REFUND. Great product. Not sure what happened to the company.

I've attached before and after pictures; what a huge difference. We are very pleased with the RTA Antique White Shaker cabinets from Nuform. The staff were very responsive to questions, made me feel comfortable with the design and purchase and were extremely helpful when I had questions. I'll admit when two pallets of cabinets arrived I felt a little overwhelmed but the assembly was simple and when you think about the money you're saving it's well worth it!!

Very pleased with my experience at Nuform Cabinetry. I read online that it was the number one online cabinetry store and I see why. When you call, someone actually answers the phone and helps you. I received an amazing discount on the Hampton White Shakers. These cabinets are top notch. Could not have been any more pleased with the product itself. Arrived quickly. If you purchase RTA cabinets, be sure you have time to put them together and are very handy. I had an issue where I had received a wrong piece and they made it right. Perfect experience for my little kitchenette in the basement we just finished. See pic

I had an excellent experience working.with Eric at nuform cabinetry on my kitchen. He took my many phone calls and was very patient working with me and my numerous questions. The Sterling RTA cabinets I bought are beautiful and very good quality. Everything turned out great. My glass came in one piece and I got a great deal! Any damage in shipping which was minimal was taken care of and I am looking forward to ordering more of this cabinet for other rooms in my house. I'm very happy with my decision to go with nuform cabinetry and I want to thank Eric for all of his help in the process.

Turn around time is a long time to receive product that is in stock at U.S. Cabinet Depot. They are slow to process orders took 2 months to receive our order and then we had damaged product and was told they don't make replacement parts for the damage product so we would just have to spend 1k more to buy the entire cabinet again. Then we ordered some more trim and received a shipping notification weeks after the product was shipped and never received the product. Sent an email and heard nothibg. Would stay away from this company and find another us cabinet depot supplier.

I have ordered over $25,000.00 worth of cabinets on 4 jobs from Nuform. Never complained. The person i was working with made a design mistake and it is a $400 repair to send another cabinet and they are not taking responsibility.

ZERO stars as of right now. Placed an order on 03/27/24 and have gotten no response from Nuform regarding anything about the order other than the initial email saying the order has been received and it's "processing". They sure were quick to take the money on CC but have not responded to numerous calls or emails. We are willing to update our review if someone were to respond. Anyone...anyone...
