If you're on a budget, come to their outlet and sample sales. Their stuff lasts, ages well, and ends up being a good value.

CAN I GET A RESPONSE?! I made an accidental order and want to return my extremely expensive duvets. Very very cheap quality. I’ve sent so many emails and messaged them on Facebook and nothing. Begging to not send out and please refund me and zero response (which 100% was on purpose)!

This company is absolutely a SCAM. Read the reviews. They don’t lie. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB if I don’t get a response. I’m nervous to return because of The other reviews say they never got their money back. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do.

Yesterday my husband and I went out to the showroom to exchange some linens that I purchased about 9 months ago. The colors had changed and the beautiful duvet cover was too difficult to clean and the decorative fringe was starting to tangle. I had put off going for months as I had read other reviews and was anxious about dealing with it. We were greeted with a warm welcome and without any hesitation they agreed to make an exception and would exchange everything for us with whatever I could find in the showroom. It was the best experience. They were so helpful. Thank you so much Matteo. I love your linens and will remain a loyal customer.

Customer service will not return emails. Our sheets were returned in January and received by Matteo January 23rd. We have still not been issues our refund and we have called and emailed MANY times since January 24th and no one will get back to us about our return. You cannot reach anyone by phone in customer service. Will be reporting to the BBB and opening a claim with our credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MATTEO LA!!!!

Do NOT purchase from this company. They have ZERO customer service skills. So if there is ANYTHING wrong with the product, you are out of luck because they have absolutely no interest in resolving your issue. They get very childish about it. There was no supervisor available for me to talk to when I called.

I bought their “vintage linen” they push so much in the duvet. It was $245, which isn’t insignificant, and that was after a 30% sale. The product arrived with no ties. A linen duvet that was regularly $350 and is supposedly made to order in LA doesn’t have ties to secure it your down comforter. So your comforter just floats inside the duvet. Additionally, it’s NOT BREATHABLE AT ALL. It got so hot, it was uncomfortable to sleep with and you would have to kick it off. Useless.

Within a 30-day period of receiving it, I called to speak to customer service about returning it. This lady had zero customer service skills, kept waffling on what their return policy was, and was downright immature. She told me that because I tried the product, I couldn’t return it. Meanwhile, they never sent me their return policy (not when I ordered it, not when the package arrived in the mail, and not in any email). The lady said it was “on their website.” At the end of the call, she cattily joked that she couldn’t wait to talk to me soon when I said I’d reach out to a supervisor. They obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction at this company.

This isn’t a $25 sheet set at Target, this is a $350 made to order duvet. You need to have a customer service department and return program commensurate with the products you’re attempting to sell. There are too many choices for products of this kind. You need to understand your market. This company should go out of business because they have no idea what they are doing.

In the end, it’s a terrible product at a ridiculous price and virtually no choices to resolve any issues. And you will have issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. More importantly, don’t make yourself go through the hassle of getting upset.

Shady, unethical business practices and horrible customer service. Items sold at their warehouse are defective and final sale, however they do not make that clear when you purchase. All of the items purchased were discolored after the first wash. Response times from customer service were 5+ days and they were very unhelpful. At a certain point they just stop responding. They would also not accept returns despite the fact that they do not advertise anywhere that the purchase is final sale (sales associate didn't mention it, not posted in the store, and not included in the email advertising the sale). It's a great concept in theory but horrible and unethical execution. I tried really hard to like this brand but could not be more disappointed. DO NOT BUY.

This store does not allow returns, regardless of what their policies state. We bought an expensive duvet cover, received it, realized it was too thin for our needs, went to their website to initiate a return, and never got a response. We repeated the process. No response. Did it again. No response. Filled out the question/comment form on their site. No response. Tried online chat with an agent. No agent available. No response by email. Called them on the phone. No answer.

Thus, the 30 day window for returns is past.

You should know this as a consumer.

And to Matteo: customer service is easily half the equation of running a successful retail business, and you effectively have ZERO customer service.

EDIT: They finally responded, maybe because of this review, and allowed me to make the return. I changed my rating to 3 stars. I appreciate it, AND it shouldn't be this hard to get a response.

They truly have the worst customer service. They never answer there phones or emails. I've been Trying to get in touch for a week now and silence. And I'm still waiting for a return label for over a month ago this makes me feel like there Super shady. There products seem nice but I haven't personally tryed since I've been trying to make a return this pass month. Definitely disappointing
