Their online stores trash impossible to navigate. Last time I ordered 80$ package went missing. Tried to order to deliver through ups and that option wasn't available start over and the website won't load. Go somewhere else this place doesn't even have normal business hours to talk to customer service

I recently received an order that I bought from them to make chatterbaits.
All the parts were very good quality parts, no flashing on the jig heads, the pre made skirts are quality.
40 lb dual lock snaps in Black and stainless along with 90 lb stainless snap rings were just the ticket to complete the lures.

The ChatterBait blades activate as soon as that thing hits the water, if you rip it away from the grass it vibrates right away there is no hesitation whatsoever.

In my opinion the components that I used to make these baits outperformed the jackhammer, or any other vibrating jig bait, that I have tried.
I dressed the Baits with some of their paddle tail swimbaits.

Awesome rig, to say the least.

I made them, tested them and caught a bass on one inside an hour.

Dig those eyes too!

Each cost $3.66 to make.

I had the displeasure of actually dealing with customer service for the first time in the three years I’ve used their site to order lure making equipment and parts. I’ve spent nearly $3000 on product from them and this was the first time I had an issue. I purchased a dual injector that was extremely rough and would stick constantly even when adding worm oil and taking the entire assembly apart and trying to align it better. I emailed them because their site states a 100% satisfactory guarantee. Not only is that a lie they edited the guarantee mid email conversation. Shady business and horrible customer service. Probably best to not say your customer is harassing you when all they want is for you to hold up to your websites legal return policy. I ended up contacting the manufacturer who offered me a full replacement and I’ve also initiated a cash back with my bank due to their illegal practices.
