I checked out a few different jewelry shops, but Johnny Dang & Co. where I met Andrew Moujabber works stood out the most. The experience there felt the most genuine, and Andrew really made the difference. He was quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns, which was super important to me since I value good communication. He knew his stuff and you could tell he was genuinely passionate about what he does. It made a big purchase feel so much easier and more comfortable. If you’re looking for a great place to get jewelry, where you do not feel pressured and buy in confidence. Also I loved the fact they can customize anything here at a fair price. I highly recommend Johnny Dang & Co. and connecting with Andrew! Thank you again!

My first experience at Johnny Dang wasn’t exactly a poor one, but I came in with the highest of expectations. He’s known for being the best, and his team should be an image of him directly.

The quality of my grill was 6/10, simple 2 top 2 bottom with an iced out gap filler(vs) in white gold. Looked fine when I initially tried it on, but when I got home it’s clear that both top and bottom are two different colors of gold.

I don’t expect every single grill to be perfect, I really don’t, but when we choose to come here we expect the same quality as the people on the walls. That was not what I got, and I’m not sure if I’ll be back..

Great experience! All three of these lovely staff members (Andy, Sarah & Rondo) were so helpful. We had multiple things that needed to be made and they all helped us create and expedite our custom orders.

Please be aware the products at Johnny Dang and Co are made to order and you will not receive your product for at least a full week as they make them on demand. That was not made clear to me, I paid almost the same amount for the product itself to have it overnight express shipped for an occasion and it came well over a week later. The customer service team was inflexible, despite the fact that this was never communicated. I order from several fine jewelers, and all are capable of getting their product out overnight and in the hands of the customer within one business day. Johnny Dang does not have that capability.

I had a great experience today with Rondo! 10/10 service, professionalism, and knowledge. Was able to get my cartier glasses fixed! Got fitted for premolar grill! Replaced a diamond in my chain my wife bougt me! Learned a ton in the process as well! Hard to find genuine people in jewlery but Rondo is one of them ones! Will be lifetime customer! VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service here. Arrived a few minutes early to pick up a grill that I paid for and ordered. The man who said he was the manager was standing outside and said he already locked up the vault and that the store was closed. How is it possible that your business that you run, is closed and you’re outside before the stated closing time. Then he proceeds to tell
me that if he would’ve known in advance he could’ve left it with security. Meanwhile I called thirty minutes before closing time and NO ONE answered. He then responded “oh, I’m sorry.”
I paid TOO much money and traveled from New York for this custom piece for you to close your store early and give me this type of response. No luck because it’s closed on Sundays and I fly out on Monday. Not only that people who worked in the establishment were leaving the store after closing time. SOMEONE could have helped us. And in the time it took for you to keep pushing us away you could’ve helped us. Please change your closing time to reflect what time you actually close AND on top of that answer your phone. I called three times. This is a place of business. And to think I was going to order another piece and support your business. I would love to speak to the owner.

Let me begin saying I have no knowledge on jewelry or the process. Tony did take a bit of time to get back to me at first, like a week.

It took about 2 months for the whole process and to receive the grill. Tony had kept me updated the whole time and responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall outstanding customer service.

This is my 18K 10 cap yellow gold grill.

I cannot thank, Tony, Johnny Dang, and the Johnny Dang & Co staff, enough. I sincerely appreciate for providing my new favorite piece of jewelry. Thank You, I look forward to doing future business with this marvelous establishment.
