A little disappointed with this store. I used to really like the local JC Penney. This one is big and scattered with few employees. One male restroom on floor 1, one female restroom on floor 2. No working water fountains. Looked for simple sweat pants and shirt and all they had were the big logo athletic gear brands. Otherwise, a good selection of clothing at (mostly) reasonable prices.

I was just in the perfume section of the store with my family and we were in line to ask for a price check for a Mercedes cologne and the cashier asked for assistance from a manager, when a lady with a white shirt I believe her name tag said Rachel (I’m not 100 percent sure) walked up to help the lady at the register with a horrible horrible attitude towards her. I’m in management myself so that is not how management responds to help!! The lady at the register was super nice but this lady has to get reprimanded. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the only time she’s done this so please do something about this.

I went to pick my perfume up that I ordered online yesterday. The order was ready the same day I completed the order. The email gave good directions and I was able to find the area to pick up my perfume. The cashier was very helpful and made the pick easy for me. This is a very nice store with good
customer service. I will be back here soon.

The truth is they have the most professional employees or at least the laddies who helped me they were a mazing I spent $400 on Lil thighs but I walked happy out of the place
I think am not sure merra she's Iranian I think she was super busy but still smilled made sure am happy got what I want

I purchased a new twin mattress to replace an unsatisfactory twin mattress under warranty for which I would get a refund. First delivery was botched as delivery man said with delivery, the pick up would be returned for trash. I said What? As my understanding was it would go back to the manufacturer for my refund. So I said I would need to verify with JC Penney. Called JCP on the spot. No answer in mattress dept, no customer service line, no answer from the 3rd party delivery business. I declined the mattress at this point. Fast forward 2 wks to today. Delivery guys come to deliver mattress but tell me no invoice to pick up old mattress. What? I received an email stating delivery AND a pickup of old mattress. Called JCP on the spot. No answer in mattress dep, no customer service line, no answer from delivery business. Delivery guys refuse to take old mattress. So now I have a mattress in my living room covered with a filthy plastic wrap that came with the new mattress. Have physically gone to JCP 3 times now as this is the only way that I can find someone to talk to there. I spoke to a manager and the mattress dept salesman today hoping to get this old mattress picked up asap. ? Terrible customer service and terrible delivery business they contract with.

Love JCPenney's especially this one It's clean More modern more up-to-date not messy I drive 35 minutes just to go to this one The one in Santa Ana sucks I just wish we had one closer to home Great prices great sizing and great specials. A+

I haven't been in a mall department store in a long time. It was a little desolate. Not a lot of people not a lot of employees the escalators are so noisy. I was looking for a pair of black pumps. There was one okay pair of pumps, they were Worthington and they were $60. I was not impressed. Most of the people inside the store were wearing masks. The employees that were there were friendly.
Online pickup and returns are on the first floor in home goods. They are fast and professional down there.

Amazing atmosphere and very clean / organized department store. It's definitely very relaxing to shop here because they have such a large selection of apparel, jewelry, & general merchandise. J.C Penny's is always a treat to shop at. This specific department store is very large and spacious with all of the items spaces out. Everyone so far that we've met working there have been extremely helpful and courteous.
