We used Indochino for my Husband's wedding suit (he bought it, did not rent) and we got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS. It was custom made to his measurements so it fit him perfectly and the material was flexible and comfortable. The ordering process was also pretty easy.

A couple of my friends had recommended me this place so I went ahead and made an appointment to get measurements and find a suit! First off, exceptional service! The gentlemen helping me Hayden offered me water as I looked through the suit colors. Was super helpful, and gave me his recommendations on what people usually do, and color combinations. They really do a thorough job when it came to measuring and they were super quick. He kept asking questions throughout the process and made sure everything was comfortable fit wise. So many options for customizations when it came to the inside suit color, buttons, etccc… they have made it a really enjoyable experience as it was my first time getting fitted for a suit. I would 1000/10 recommend this place to anyone! Definitely coming back here again to build my wardrobe!

I ordered a tux from Indochino and was initially excited about the custom fit, especially after being measured in-store. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t quite right even after those measurements. The pant length was off by a few inches, and one sleeve ended up noticeably longer than the other. It worked for the wedding, but it wasn’t the quality I expected from a custom experience.

What really disappointed me, though, was that they didn’t honor their fit promise as I was told they would. When I reached out about alterations, they refused to cover the cost, even though the issues were due to their own errors. Overall, the tux was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend Indochino if you’re expecting a perfect fit and reliable follow-through on alterations.

We always have a wonderful experience at Indochino. My husband has been getting his suits there for years. Finally, my daughter turned 18 and is pretty much finished growing. She doesn't wear dresses and we wanted her to NOT have a suit that was ill-fitting and super loose. Our experience at Indochino for her was fantastic! She felt like a million bucks, heard, valued and she had a blast! Thanks Jamie and Indochino!!!!

We stopped in to check out fabrics for a custom wedding suit for my fiancé. I thought the name of our associate was Louie, but maybe Jamie? They gave us a warm welcome and the most inclusive visit to a tailor I’ve ever had. I asked about extra customizations for a suit with a train for myself since I don’t want to go the route of a traditional wedding dress. Our associate made zero assumptions about my gender, asked my pronouns and gave gender-affirming tips to make any future appointment with Indochino or another tailor go smoothly. I highly recommend Louie/Jamie and I wish I lived locally to take full advantage of what this Indochino location has to offer.

Unfortunately was charged twice for my suit, and have yet to receive a refund. I have called several times over the course of 6 weeks, but have only received one call back roughly 3 weeks ago (that I missed). Quality of their product may be great, but the customer service outside of my fitting appointment has been nonexistent.

Jamie was on time, extremely professional and made the whole experience fun. I have recieved my shirt (in 2 weeks!!) and it fits perfect. He is going to make a great day even better as I will feel great in my custom shirt! Thanks again for the awesome experience!

Jamie was excellent to work with. Very professional, laid back, efficient, and descriptive. I’ve been fitted for suits elsewhere, and they were all fine…this was just a better overall fitting! Looking forward to trying on the suit in a few weeks. Thanks, Jamie!!
