The rink is nice but the icetimes and prices don't make sense. Why do they charge 25$ per person for public skate regardless of whether its 1 hour or 1 hour and 45 minutes? The freestyle sessions are the same way. Whoever did the schedule and pricing need to reevaluate.

Wonderful experience! The blonde lady didn’t call the police on me and let my WW2 veteran dog in even on the ice! Would recommend! Mikey was also the best. Love you guys!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews lightly, but my dog (who heroically served in World War II) and I recently had quite an experience at this establishment, and it’s safe to say we won’t be back anytime soon.

Let me set the scene: It was a typical Thursday afternoon. My loyal dog, who once bravely parachuted into Normandy, and I, decided to visit IceTown for a casual skate. We figured, "If this place allows service animals, surely they’d make an exception for a war hero." Spoiler: They did not.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by a blonde manager who barely looked up from her clipboard, but once she saw my dog, her expression turned from mild disinterest to utter disbelief. She blinked twice and said, “Is that… a dog?” Now, I can forgive people for not recognizing a veteran when they see one, but the audacity of her next statement floored me: “We don’t serve pets here, sir.”

I calmly explained that this wasn’t just a dog, but a decorated World War II veteran. You’d think that would’ve softened her stance. Nope. She sighed heavily and, after muttering something under her breath about “strict policies,” called for security. Enter Mikey, the security guard—a towering guy with a name tag that read MIKEY, who looked like he could bench-press a tank. I half-expected him to salute my dog, but instead, he pointed us toward the exit with an apologetic shrug, saying, "Sorry, man, the rules are the rules."

Despite my dog’s proud history of defending freedom, Mikey stood firm. The blonde manager was still shaking her head like she couldn’t believe we’d even tried to walk in. We were promptly escorted out like a pair of troublemakers.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. If you’re a WWII vet—whether human or canine—this place isn’t for you. Next time, we’ll take our business to a more welcoming establishment, one that knows how to treat a four-legged hero and his humble human companion with the respect they deserve.

Terrible place will not let you bring your service animal in. Will call the cops on you if you do have one. Then a little skinny blonde girl tries to say he will forcefully remove you.

Visiting from out of town and wanted to get some ice time in. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and got back to me right away. It was very seamless and I had a great skate while I was there. Nice rink, good folks.

Tried to go skating with my dog (Vietnam veteran btw) but mikey threatened to kill my dog. And the blonde bimbo at the counter kept saying no no no no to me.
