One of the best stores I have ever been too. The staff are very friendly they were always offering support if I needed help with anything. They told me of the deals happing in the store so I wouldn't miss out on them. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say at all times.

Poor staffing. Been shopping at this Hottopic since I was a teenager. Never have I ever been made to feel like a criminal until today 08/17/23. Nothing but childish girls working here now. Tell your asset protection to let people shop. (Yes I saw him every little thing I looked at.) He was practically running me over! I didn't react because I had my daughter with me. Thought I'd bring her in so she can experience what I did as a kid but definitely telling her to stay away and find a more welcoming alternative place to shop.

When it came to check out the girl gave me nothing but attitude even when I complimented her lanyard with the pins on it. (Trying to lighten what ever their guard was towards me up) but she ended up just handing me the bag and not even a "Thank you for coming in" or "have a good day" So I sarcastically said out loud "Thank you and have a great day" This place either needs re-staffing or more customer service training. THE VIBES ARE OFF.

I collect funkos and spend lots of money at hot topic

I am not even a reseller yet the girls working wrote “reseller no returns on my receipt” and were rude and quiet when I walked in. They have no indication that I resell. I do not. I simply tried to buy multiple Zoro funkos as gifts and for my own collection. I came here to do business with them and they were rude and got all quiet and then want to write things on my receipt and not even tell me.

They want to get angry at people buying funkos then take them off your shelves. I was nothing but polite to the girls and they cant even have a conversation with me just sneaking things onto my receipts.

We were able to find what we came in for. Though we were disappointed that the staff didn't greet or offer any assistance. This location isn't very large and there were only a few shoppers in the store, so speaking to or offering assistance to the potential customers who were perusing would've been a much needed highlight to the shopping experience.

Worst Hot Topic location of them all. I’m a HUGE Hot Topic shopper I spend LOTS of money there and am a regular customer. I shop at all the Columbus locations, and can say Easton’s location is the worst. They are the only location that is ever rude, and are rude just about every time I end up there. I would absolutely recommend driving the extra miles or waiting until Tuttle, Polaris, or Tanger have what you want instead as they are exceptional!! Never will I waste my time AND money again at Easton after so many bad encounters. They make up their own refund policies, never will hold items under any circumstances, are so rude over the phone, and have the worst attitude towards customers.

I took the time to leave this review and I NEVER leave reviews on Google, so heavily take that into mind when debating to go there.

I LOVE this store! My daughter and I go pretty often. Great place, great people. Since they moved to a different space it doesn't seem like they have as much merchandise as they did prior to the move. Also seems to be packed like sardines.

Super Friendly, and helpful! While checking out, she told us to grab 2 more jewelry items and a miscellaneous item that we could get for free. So, thank you! We had no idea. Good people. Good deals.

I hate this store and every single other just like it. Literally felt like I was one of many in a herd of sheep being trampled on REPEATEDLY by the other sheep who just kept crowding in to the place. I am bombarded with I wants & I needs from one of my 3 children every 10 seconds or so and I just can't even justify spending my hard earned cash in this place because of how ridiculously overpriced EVERYTHING in the store is. I mean they absolutely have awesome stuff, it's one of the few "edgy" style stores around, so I guess for lack of a better phrase, they know they've got you by the balls, and you will pay whatever they want for their "can't find it anywhere else" merchandise.
