I had a great experience buying my Honda on Friday at Honda Universe in Lakewood. Will and his manager, Mike G. went above and behind to help me with my purchase and listen to my needs without having their own agenda of trying to sell me a new or more expensive car, which has happened at other dealerships more than once. The finance manager moved mountains (the universe) to get me a great interest rate, in these times when rates are high. Plus they are one of the only dealers in the area with a high rating on the BBB. Check it out. Make sure to ask for Will.

All I have to say is WOW! The customer service is spectacular, all the way down to finance. Reimer is such a great salesman and really gained my trust by finding me the best option. Michael was a great help in picking out the right car and Ian in finance was straight to the point and clear about payments. Overall my experience was a 11/10, would HIGHLY recommend coming here if your looking for a reliable car and great customer service!

Mike G. and Reimer helped me reach a great deal on a lease for a brand new Civic that worked for me. Very professional service and they were patient with all the issues I faced during the deal. They even bought me pizza while I waited! They have very nice staff at Honda Universe, I would strongly recommend them if you are interested in buying or leasing a New or Used Honda.

This was my first experience buying a car and it was incredible. Matt is very informative and personable and he did his best to make sure everything worked out in my favor. I also had the pleasure of getting my car insured with Steve through Progressive and he was amazing as well. Additionally, the finance guys were also very informative and not pushy at all. I'd like to thank Steve my sales rep and Mike in finance for a stress-free experience. My husband and I went to this dealership this past Saturday to "look" at a couple vehicles to get pricing. From the start Steve came off as genuine and understanding, never pushy... something that's hard to come by at a car dealership. Steve was able to get the car within my budget and kept us updated throughout the process. Then we had to go to the finance department which is normally (in my experience) the worst part of buying a car. Mike was nothing short of pleasure to deal with. He made sure I understood what I was signing, broke the pricing down for me and did not pressure me into a warranty. After Mike listened to my concerns and my average mileage, he broke down a couple warranties at my request and helped me pick one that made sense. I consider both Steve and Mike to be assets to your dealership and they will be the reason I come back for my next vehicle.
