Very nice staff and store. Fun gifts and goodies inside too. One thing I’d say would be useful in a customer service respect is knowing things like UPS taking shipments from your store all the way to Commerce City to sort even if they have a closer destination which ultimately causes a much longer shipping time than needed. So FedEx Home Delivery might be a better option based on that. Something for you to consider for your customers in the future. UPS stop wasting gas.

Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Great place to ship things to from Amazon or other online vendors.
In regards to a UPS drop location, they can only accept return packages with a barcode (not setup for QR code scanning).
From the market standpoint, they always have a good variety of Oriental goods and seem to add new items quite frequently.

Had to pickup an Amazon package here and she was training an individual. I had my tiny baby with me and instead of using another opportunity to train her employee she used my sale as an example to teach. Any other day of my life would've been fine, but you could tell I had her crying and running in and she still took forever. Just stressful. I didn't buy anything.

I have to say my first experience with this place wasn't a happy one, but I think I may have rushed to an unfair judgement. They've been very helpful in our shipping needs & the homemade goods are marketed beautifully. It's definitely worth it to go a bit out of your way, you're sure to find something unique here!

I was in here pulling product due to a change in contract terms. While retreiving my product they didnt have ready (i had to gather our own product from throughout the store) they had a weeks advance to do this for us and didnt. I was then reaching over a shelf to grab one of our products from the wall when i was shoved by the old man and yelled at DONT TOUCH THE FABRIC. (I wasnt even close to it) very upset about the encounter. Sad that a store owner would treat a consignee that has had items in this store since they opened this way.
