Traded in my 2021 RAV4 for a 2022 Highlander, we did not think we would be buying a car this weekend but Leo and Bob were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We like coming to this Honda location for servicing our Odyssey. It’s where we bought our van. And even though we live about an hour away now, where there is a closer Honda center, the atmosphere here is far more welcoming and efficient. Great experience! Kam and Alex were extremely helpful from the start all the way to pulling off the lot in my new car. Armani in finance was extremely personable and kind. This review comes a couple months late, but I haven’t forgotten Shane’s exceptional customer service! From start to finish he was extremely kind, helpful, friendly, and respectful of our needs/budget. We quickly outgrew our car and needed a family car to fit the whole family. Shane made recommendations based on our needs and at no point did I feel he was trying to over sell us on something we didn’t need. He made the negotiation process smooth and painless, getting us an exceptional deal. We couldn’t be happier with the car we got and I’m grateful for Shane’s assistance!
Shout out to the manager as well (I’m forgetting his name) he was also extremely kind and helpful. There was a real “family feel” to their dealership and we will keep them in mind for future needs!

I had my first oil change and a recall notice. I was clear that I wanted both handled but on arrival I did not review that with the intake service manager, it was handled well before I departed! Very courteous and professional staff, there was a customer in the lounge who was boisterous and loud and nobody shut him up, had to move to the lobby to hear myself think for an hour.

Took my car in to get a 75,000 mile oil change. Great service. Honest service. Honesty is everything to me when I take my car for service. It did take a long time, that was the only concern but I did hear someone say there was only one mechanic for the day. So it made sense. Will definitely come back for future service.
