Terrible experience. 1 star is too high!! I bought 2 pr of sandals. Children could have made better. Total ripoff each stitch is 3/8-1/2" long. I have never seen anything like this. Expensive and took over a month to receive. Do not order from this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I wish I could insert a picture! Unbelievable bad quality & pathetic workmanship.
Very UNHAPPY with Happy Shop!!!

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them a lower rating. I saw the ad on Facebook and bought a pair of shoes. When they FINALLY arrived (around a month or so after ordering) they were too big. And the smell!!!! ? I emailed the company and told them I wanted to return the item because they don't fit and the smell is unbelievably disgusting. They offered me a 15% discount to keep them and donate them. I refused and asked for the return address. After several back and forths, they offered me a 25% discount to keep them and donate the shoes. Again, I declined and asked for the return address. They told me it costs more to return things and I would have to pay the return shipping costs, so I should just "settle down with this matter." I did not "settle down." A few more emails where I told them I would be returning the shoes, and now they want to give me 75% off of my order. "Please just keep them and donate them. Returning them wastes a lot of time and money for both of us." What am I supposed to do with these, even at 75% off? Now I'm trying to find the site so I can see how much the shows cost in the first place, because I can't remember. Do not order from this site. The customer service employees, Larries, is not very good at their job. Seriously, telling someone to "calm down," "settle down," and "just accept what we're offering because it's a good deal," is not good customer service. Buy at your own risk, but beware. It's definitely a scam.

Saw the ad on Facebook and bought the 5xl stretch pants and received a tiny pair of children’s pants. Went to return them and got the same message as most of you saying to donate them and they would send 20% back which I never received. They said shipping costs back to China would be too expensive blah blah blah. I filed report with the Better Business Bureau and got a letter back today stating that Happy Shop was no longer in business. Hell as of last week they were still advertising on Facebook. I don’t understand how META/Facebook doesn’t do a better job vetting their advertisers. Lord knows how many thousands of people they scammed and they still operate under several different names

Ordered a pair of sandals. One sandal doesn't fit, it's bigger than the other one, and the shoes are very poorly made. I emailed asking for a refund, was offered 15% refund and told to donate the shoes. Complete scam!

This company is a sham. Do not buy anything from them. Bought pants that were supposed to be women’s medium but look like they might fit a six year old. They are very poorly made for the price. The company does not stand behind their products. Will never purchase from them again.

I have friends in Texas that are going over to this rip-off company and get my money back. This is a scam for sure and the faster we shut them down the better. Don't buy their "Super Bright" flashlight because it's not . $30 for a $2 pen light. SCAM

Ordered men’s stretch pants, size L. Supposed to be 35” W and 31” length. Received size 24” W and 29” L.
Says it is a L….ha ha. Maybe for child. Took over 2 week’s shipping. Sux

I received Fairy Garden - #1 WIND TO FLY today. The box was crushed and so was the item. I’m really disappointed in both the damage and the quality of the product. It’s ridiculously cheaply made, not even close to the online photos, and looks like it came from a dime store. Totally not worth ¼ of the cost.
