11/14/24 I Just revisited the store. I could see they were busy; however, they didn't hesitate to see about my needs. They even took the time to see how I could use my $5 coupon with our spending a lot. I felt very valued. I have never been disappointed going there.

The manager of this store was amazing! Made good on something that had gone wrong for a while that was not his fault. He went way above and beyond to make it right! Will definitely be spending more money here!
Update: just came back in the store, the staff was friendly and made sure that my needs were met. A simple thing asked if I wanted to use some of my points to take the price down. I had quite a lot of points and was able to knock the prices down quite a bit. Small gesture but made a big difference. Really glad they hired this person that was helpful. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Went into this GameStop to purchase a PS5 (and possibly a physical copy of a game if the store had it in stock) and my group of 3 were the only people in the store and were not greeted by the sales associate (don't know if this is customary by GameStop standards as I'm not a frequent visitor) but employee never asked if we wanted help with anything during our visit and continued to continue working on opening a box when a member of my group tried to approach her. Employee took another call during our visit (not a personal one, but another customer so I don't find this too terribly rude of her), but due to her ignoring my group prior to call and not knowing how long the call she was on would take, we exited the store and took our business elsewhere.

Most Gamestops are the same, but this one is special. I have 3 Gamestops close to my house, and I always choose to go to this one. Jerry has been personable, knowledgeable, and the reason I keep coming back. I have pre-ordered many Funko pops, and I have bought many video games from this store. I have yet to have a bad thing to say about the place. It's clean, organized and it's one of my favorite spots to come in when we are running errands or just want to browse. Thank you Jerry and team for making this a great place to shop!

I am a pro member and have been for two years now, I’ve traded a lot of devices and never had an issue until now. Peter is the most condescending person I have ever interacted with and I felt unsafe being around him. My boyfriend had to come inside with me because I felt so uncomfortable. He is rude and tried to take advantage of me and steal one of my controllers I wanted to sell not telling me the accurate value of what I was turning in. He would not allow me to safely remove my data/card information off of my device before trading it in. So now I have to go and reset all my passwords and get new cards because of him. I will be canceling my membership and no longer supporting GameStop as a company. I am so disappointed that looking at other reviews Peter is frequently mentioned along with the issues I had and he’s still employed.

The selection of games is a bit disappointing if you are just browsing. Maybe if I had a list of specific games I was looking for they may have had them behind the counter in a drawer, but it's mostly merch impulse buys like funko and plushies. This particular location was a bit disorganized and the prices were all over the place. Look on PSN because many were a lower price during Xmas sale.

Holy smokes. All I can say is Ember was just incredible to support me with making a very hard decision. I had no idea what I should choose between the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt or Animal Crossing New Horizons. She led me to make the perfect decision that still impacts me today. The customer service was second to none. She took the time needed for me to make the best decision I could possibly make with no pressure what so ever. I can’t even tell you how much this girl made an impact in my life. I will return. And I expect, nothing less, than the service that was provided to me on Feb 12, 2024. Ember, thank you. This become one of those most memorable birthdays a 47 year old could ever have.
