Betwixt Nicole and Keith, I could not have asked for a smoother operation. This was all coordinated and orchestrated perfectly and within a 24 hr window, including involving the breeder. I HIGHLY recommend Keith both in his professionalism and his cordial pleasant nature, keeping me abreast on time frame of the flight and sending pics of how BEAUTIFUL she was … adding to the anticipation of holding her in my arms. My first time in almost 20yrs of breeding ever having so much anxiety on getting a puppy to a new owner (and I have puppies all over the US and out of the country). I am OCD with making my buyers feel as comfortable as possible (there are soooo many scams anymore) with getting their new puppy to them. I reached out like 5weeks in advance and had to continuously reach out to get a flight set up. I don't breed as an income unlike some I have a full time job and have to request time off etc. Made this very aware ahead of time. Little over a week left to go I reached out then again and a group chat was made without including me in it (brushed that off and was able to get my boss to approve with 6 days notice vs 7 thankfully the company I work for isn't super strict). Got told 115pm for this past Thursday only to find out by once again myself reaching out after the vet appointment on Wednesday evening before scheduled flight it was 230pm. I later found out they set up flights last min for the best deals (gotta make money, I understand no ones time is free by any means) had I known this UPFRONT, I would have said only Sat & Sun work for me vs wasting my PTO/time as a single mother of 3 (my schedule and time matters too). I got to the airport and sat for an hour or so over 35mins after the flight landed only to find out the nanny assigned got into an auto accident (really hope if that's true, the lady is ok) my problem with that was how did you not know your nanny didn't make the first flight coming to me until after 30+mins they're supposed to be there. I wasted over $100 of my own time that day PTO I could have used for my big move to FL etc. The second nanny set up yesterday was AMAZING!! I wouldn't recommend this company/service by any means it was hands down the most unpleasant unorganized most stressful experience in all my years of breeding. When I asked if there was a contract as I've never used a transport service without a contract (until I established MANY transports with a particular ground transportor), I was told rudely "well I guess I'll be your first without a contract" then bombarded with a ton of collage pics of people with puppies. To me was rude & very unprofessional, so I guess I'll be the 1st bad review ? End of the day I could care less about anyone else's dog/puppy. The transaction between myself and the person I hire to get a pup safe to new owners is all that matters. I will never use this service again, personally not for me with the unorganization alone, then cocky rude responses from Nicole. I truly hope you hire on Drew more permanently the nanny that did get my baby safely and pay him a great amount because he was amazing and very informative the entire time. Sad someone side contracted did better than the business owner itself. End of the day I hope you learn from constructive criticism but I'm sure I'll receive another smart remark back. Again I'm very OCD about transactions for my buyers and my buyer was even very concerned about it until Drew was hired to get his puppy to him. To all that have had a great experiences, kiddos to you. My review is based on my buyers experience as well as my own personal experience.

I was very pleased with Nicole and her nanny's ability to bring our pup home to us, a day early even! Our pup arrived safe and sound! We paid a deposit before booking and the rest in cash upon arrival. I was a little hesitant at first because the website occasionally glitches or says it is unsafe - but it all ended up being great!

We adopted 2 fur babies from our breeder in Athens, Texas. (Foxhill Toy Fox Terriers.) we live on the east coast. Mmmmm. We hired Pups On The Move. Best, best decision ever!! Our babies flew IN THE CABIN, with the nanny. NO cargo area. Nicole, the owner. was wonderful. There was a last minute glitch, no one’s fault, but she took care of it like a pro. Our nanny was wonderful. I have total confidence in this company. I don’t say that often. The price was reasonable and we could not be more pleased!!

When my first puppy was ready for adoption in Florida I was able to pick her up at the end of a cruise from my home in San Francisco through the Panama Canal and back to Florida. While at the breeder we found a suitable second puppy but she was too young to come home with me. Two weeks later she was delivered to me by Pups on the Move. They kept me up to date through texts and delivereda beautiful puppy. I would recommend their services.a nanny flies in the cabin with the puppy so I was assured that Willow was well cared for and safe. I thought the cost was reasonable for the service.
