A great experience staying here a night. Enjoyed how spacious it was. A close walk to Ralph's, InNOut Burger, and bus stops. Didn't have a problem besides the shower being cold. Lots of good TV channels. No bugs either. A simple room for under $150

I had a wonderful experience at Extended Stay America in El Segundo, thanks to Sierra and Jose! From the moment I arrived, they greeted my family with warmth and hospitality. Their helpfulness in providing all the information we needed made our stay incredibly pleasant. Thank you, Sierra and Jose, for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Highly recommended! Great location, close to the beach, food places and LAX.

Just want to share my experience.
I've been in and out of staying here due to my home not being ready to move into which has been awful for me, but despite that Everyone especially Luz has been wonderful. She's greeted me by name, & brightened my day every time I see her with her positive attitude on work and life. I've even witnessed a couple of the ladies at the front desk deal with difficult costumers and thy still handled it with grace and patience even when the costumer was yelling & being rude.
I hope this company gives their employees the money & respect they deserve because I've seen some of the things they experience and it's not the easiest to bare.
Note to everyone coming here it's a 2.5-3⭐️ hotel why are you expecting more then that
They are just doing their best/job.
You are not the only one THAT DAY that probably came to them with a problem or expect them to do things they can't control. SO Be NICE!
Thank you for making my experience doable will be looking forward to seeing Luz again !

This place is horrific. BE WARNED. They charged me $408.66 for absolutely no reason and had no explanation as to how it happened. (Also my non smoking room smelt like a pack of cigarettes and was disgusting). My bank statements clearly specified that I purchased my reservations through Priceline. It said Priceline on my bank statements. Then there was a separate charge from Extended Stay itself FOR 408 DOLLARS. The manager told me to come to the front desk after work the next day for an update to what happened. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, the manager was not there so I tried to explain the situation to the woman at the desk. Not only had the communication not been passed down by the manager to his employee about a pretty serious matter, but this woman was wildly rude, unprofessional and abrasive. NOT how you should act when your establishment is in the wrong. I was nice and kind about the whole situation upon approaching her and she was just aggressively snapping at me and repeatedly saying the same thing over and over like the unintelligent girl that she is. Saying that I needed to pay for my room that night when I had absolutely no plans of staying another night HAD THEY NOT RESOLVED THE 408 DOLLAR CHARGE ON MY DEBIT ACCOUNT. OBVIOUSLY. WHO would pay for another night?! I kept trying to understand what ever came of the situation or ask if she even knew what I was talking about- seeing as the manager TOLD me to come to the desk after he “tried to get to the bottom of it” the day before. She just stared at me with a cold dead stare and nasty disposition. It was truly bizarre. She couldn’t even tell me if she knew what I was talking about. That girl I believe her name is Hannah is a nasty rude girl with no interpersonal skills and a lack of mature communication skills. Acting completely unprofessionally when I was the customer who was being wronged. The management is also incompetent for not even passing the information on or giving direction as to how to approach the matter if he would not be there. Hopefully my bank can refund me what these incompetent people charged me for.

Go to the Extended Stay Torrance Harborgate Way!!! It is 15 minutes away and has much, much nicer rooms, that did not smell like cigarettes. They are much quieter and more private and the woman Sophia at the front desk is incredibly sweet and kind!!! Truly!

I’m an office worker and thanks to Extended Stay. I have been able to get my work done with their free Wi-Fi. My daytimes much easier. At the end of a hard day it sure is nice to meet the employees in a clean environment. The front desk and the back Cleaning staff are always so very happy and nice. It makes me smile

Room was in unacceptable condition. Dirty carpet, smell of cigarettes (even though there is a no smoking policy), toilet doesn’t flush properly and was dirty. Lucky we were only staying here one night.

I have been staying here the past month and i have had a wonderful experience. The staff is efficient, accommodating and personable. They definitely make it feel like home. I will definitely always stay here when in the Los Angeles area.
