I’ve been a customer for years with good advice from the staff. Until last night I bought this vape got home took a puff. The vape wouldn’t shut off. Went back in today thinking that they would treat me right an trade out the defective product for a working one. Nope sorry sir you should’ve tried it before you left the store there’s nothing I can do for you. Buyer beware customer service is trash. I’ve been loyal to them for years great staff. It’s a shame to have a policy in place to force loyal customers to get stuck with a defective product. @@ note to management look up my account call me. Do right by me take the defective vape back. Replace it with a working one. I’d be glad to remove this review.

Outrageously over priced! Absolutely no reason to over charge that much for vape liquid. Especially since you can get the exact same liquids anywhere else for less.

My husband and I always get our vaping supplies here. The employees are always nice and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable, give clear product descriptions, answer our questions and even helped set up my new device. I just wish they delivered to my home, otherwise they are my fave go-to vapeshop. P.S They have a great rewards program that lets you earn points towards freebies ?

Great experience! I was treated with respect and total honesty. They have a great selection of high quality vape mods and accessories. They also have great brands of e juice and very helpful staff. Marcus and dan are great and they always go out of their way to keep the customer pleased.

Been a customer for about 6 months. Not friendly whatsoever, I’ve tried to engage in some kind of conversation every time and they really don’t acknowledge you or are interested in keeping their customers around. Mind you, I’m the only customer there. You want a large selection of juices and friendly staff? Go the the shop next to Walmart in Osceola.

I’ve been buying here since I moved to Florida because it’s so close to my house, even though they were never my preferred store because the staff isn’t at all friendly.
Bought two disposable vapes today, walked to my car, one didn’t work. When I tried to go back in to replace it less than a minute later he said “once you leave there’s nothing I can do. Sorry” and shrugged. I don’t even like to leave negative reviews but I just pod $10 for this thing and it didn’t work at all. So, go somewhere else if you want your vape to work or if you want to be treated nicely. And if you do here, try your product BEFORE leaving the store, since they clearly don’t care about the quality of the things they sell.
