I wanted to give this 0 stars but Google required 1 star

This company and its support is a a joke. I signup to use the service and could not get past a "rejected fax number". No info in Help, no context info in their dialogs. Called the number on the help screen, got a corporate guy and he transferred me to "retail customer support" where no one answered in 22 minutes. So I cancelled my account. But....it gets better.... A few hrs later I got a call from an Efax customer that said Support gave him MY PHONE NUMBER for assistance. They lost that customer as well.

The website worked well and I would provide 5 stars, but they overcharged me and ended up disputing it and received credit. Overcharging shouldn't occur in the first place. Otherwise, it is a wonderful service. Just not worth what they currently charge, monthly. Would be nice to have an account for less fax pages monthly for less, monthly.

Efax has fraudulently billed my Mastercard, numerous times. I recenty, discovered the charges and contacted their customer service department using the number provided from the website, and was told I would be refunded for the charges. Thirsty days has passed and I still have not received my money back. I am going open disputes with my bank today, so chargebacks can be issued. Stay away, this company is a fraud.

We were receiving nothing but junk faxes so we canceled our service. Guess what... we are still receiving junk faxes and support was useless in figuring out how to stop them.

If I could give zero I will. When we first started for $12 and something was ok. And then we received emails for hipaa and they told us had to switch to another plan for about $89 and then I found the bill for about $400 and they give you 2 days only to pay the bill before they withdraw the amount from the account on file and when I asked for a detailed bill no body is answering and they switch me to each other billing to customsr service and vice versa and they tell me this bill was high because I added 5 numbers I don't know wxactly how it works and finally when I stopped using it they kept charging me for 3 months and after canceling it they asked me for all,the bills + the first bills they withdrawed from my account already. Customer service is not professional talking to customer. When I tried to cancel, have to send email and it takes couple of days to answer and another couple of days to schedule and process cancellation which is still counting to charge you for anothe bill. And when I asked for a dispute for months when I didn't use their services, there is no range for how long it will take the investigation to make a decision. Really don't recommend just save your money on something worthy

Awful. I've been using eFax for nearly 10 years. Their site is dated and clunky, but functional. I have never had a problem until this year (hence the 2 stars).

This year, I switched to eFax Corporate. It took 45 days to port over my number. They then charged me twice for the month they ported my number over (an admitted error on their part), plus an account activation fee I was told would be waives. They conveniently forgot to credit me with the balance remaining from my eFax account, as I had paid annually.

I have now spent 3 months and precious hours of time trying to sort out my first bill - which should have been a credit of $40, but was instead $105, deducted automatically. I've received a lot of lip service, but nothing has been accomplished.
