The night started out as dress disaster, but ended like a Disney princess movie with me walking out the door in a gorgeous dress for the event and feeling much better about myself going forward. Yasmeen Ajani helped me from the time I walked into her section until we found the right dress and the right under garments to match! She was kind, gentle and patient! A great experience and a great connection!

Went in here to pick up an order and saw so many beautiful things: so I decided I’d go on a shopping spree. Unfortunately, I approached a sales associate in the shoe department so I could get my size in a style I liked and she ignored me. Literally saw her eyes cut to me and she proceeded to approach a woman of her same complexion/ethnicity (middle eastern) who had not even asked for help. I went on about my merry way. A wonderfully cheery Hispanic woman greeted me as I left and made me feel better but I absolutely do not like stores like Dillards where sales associates act holier than though, picking and choosing who they think will spend more money. I’ll also be returning my pickup order to make sure I’m one less customer supporting this snooty business.

I went to Dillards to get a cleaning done on my bracelet. Once I arrived, I noticed there was no staff to assist me. So I took it upon myself to clean and polish my own bracelet. Not even a manager could be located, but Vanessa finally and rudely came to help me. She immediately she questioned what I was doing and very aggressively went off on me. I could not believe this was the so called manger on duty acting so unprofessionally. Her attitude and demeanor was extremely uncalled for. All I needed was a simple cleaning and after dealing with her negative attitude she then finally half cleaned my bracelet. There was no full cleaning done. She was so impatient and rushed the entire process.As much as I come to this store, I have never been treated so harshly. I am extremely saddened and disappointed in the service I received. Vanessa really left a bad taste in my mouth. The next day I returned and Ed was extremely helpful and pleasant with assisting me. Thank you so much, Ed!

Went there to get bras and initially I felt there wasn't enough staffing to attend to me. I believe that once the busy'ness died down, I got the best service ever. Shout-out to Simone and Rose. You guys made my day. Simone is absolutely loving and caring. Rose is such an expert. I felt like it was my mom helping me out. She's so knowledgeable and helpful . I don't really write reviews but I have to give kudos where it's due.

I went to buy my nuna stroller and carseat (mixx next & pipa aire rx). I had spoke to her before heading to dillards just to see if they had the one i wanted. I got there and asked for her specifically. I was able to have a look at the carseat and stroller and able to carry the carseat. It was super lightweight!!! Then i was able to see the carseat on the stroller and i was in love. I then made my purchase and she was so kind. She has called for someone to help me take these two hugeee boxes to my car, from the 4th floor, to the parking garage. And no one came.. so she was so helpful and kind enough to actually help me (im 36 weeks pregnant) take these boxes and stuff them in my car. It was such a struggle to make them fit. So thankful for her. I wish i had cash on me to give her a cash tip. I felt so bad as they are not paid or obligated to do that for you. And it was so hot and humid !! Thank you once again Paola, im now officially ready to bring my baby home ❤️

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I experienced at Dillard’s Home department on Westheimer Road. The manager, Candy, was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Not only did she treat me with disrespect, but she also lied about store policies and seemed unwilling to help resolve my issue. Her attitude was cruel and dismissive, making the entire experience unpleasant. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such behavior from someone in a managerial position, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to prevent future customers from having similar experiences.

This Dillards location is a gem! It's kept so clean and organized, and everyone is so helpful and kind! This Dillards isn't the closest location to my home, but I drive out of my way to go to this Dillards because of the overall experience and quality of the store. Im.very glad it's separated from the Galleria.
