Same order of chocolate chip cookie, a week apart and the quality are quite different. Hopefully the quality control will be maintained. Staff are always friendly even though they are very busy.

I want to say this place is AMAZING. I went for the first time a few weeks ago for the lineup of the cookies in my picture. First the blonde young girl at the register was super helpful, very nice, and patient with me. She knew it was my first time at crumbl. They went above and beyond for these cookies. They tasted perfect and they looked perfect too! They are MASSIVE and I finally can see that they are worth the price. It would take an experienced person to make this at home. Im a pretty good baker and have been baking cookies since I was very young and still couldn’t make these. Delicious! Ill be back for sure!

Staff was a bit busy preparing the cookies so I wasn’t greeted but I didn’t pay much mind since I know what it’s like to work in food service, great cookies! Pretty good look wise on the cookies as in demonstration and the worker was nice enough to let me take a picture of the cookies in store.

The cookies taste fine, but I was disappointed with the strawberry shortcake cookie. It's not like the picture on the website. If you're going to charge what you do for these cookies, please be consistent. One of my daughters was disappointed.

Love the ever-changing variety of cookies!

I just have to commend all of the associates at the Manalapan Crumbl location. They are always courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would also like to call attention to a particular associate - Karen. Whenever I come in there she greets me with a cheerful smile and a friendly welcome. I always feel like a valued customer when she handles my order. So I applaud Crumbl for hiring such competent and professional people!

Almost every time I go I have a great experience. One thing I’d say to improve is having employees remove their gloves before handling cash and then returning to make cookies. It’s not all the time but I have seen it often. Other than that the staff is always helpful and very kind.

If you're a cookie lover, then Crumbl in Manalapan is a must-visit spot. Recently, I stopped by to grab some Easter treats and I must say, the cookies did not disappoint.

We tried a variety of cookies, but my personal favorite was the brownie cookie. It was perfectly chewy and had just the right amount of chocolatey goodness. The classic chocolate chip cookie was also a standout, with chunks of chocolate in every bite.

The store itself is cute and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful in recommending some of their popular flavors.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out Crumbl if you're in the mood for some sweet treats. Don't miss out on the brownie cookie – it's a game changer!

These cookies are absolutely not worth the hype. And someone please try to explain to me why my daughter orders them three hours in advance to be ready at 7pm and here we are an hour later still waiting in the store. It is packed, poorly, run, and an absolute scam. I can’t even request a refund because it is so out of control right now. Save the trip or just go next-door and buy some delicious Wegmans cookies.
