Very delicious cookies, in my opinion a little pricey, but for certain occasions that you are craving sweet, they are perfect. I like the originality of having new cookies every week, that is awesome, a lot of creativity. The place is very clean and nice.

Love the presentation of each cookie I received. I loved the little box that my cookies came in. I am normally excited about new cookies that I haven’t tried. Today I got my usual chocolate chip, and I tried the waffle cookie and the chocolate covered strawberry cookie. As always, my chocolate chip was delicious. I was disappointed with the waffle cookie as it was hard cold and just tasted like a sugar cookie. The chocolate covered strawberry cookie was good but way too sweet and dense. Disappointed as I paid over eight dollars for cookies I wasn’t excited about. Hopefully my next visit will be more pleasant and enjoyable

the cookies taste so good!!!! although they were sold out of the one cookie i really wanted to try. other than that, the atmosphere was clean and tidy and everything was nice. i received the wrong cookies and the employee politely gave me a new box and apologized. ITS GREAT!!!

$5 for a single cookie is a premium, but it tastes like it. Young workers at the establishment work hard to deliver the perfect cookie, and they do a good job. This is not your typical cookie. It is soft but not like undercooked dough or a muffin. We got the strawberry shortcake cookie, and it was delicious. You have to taste it yourself. Self ordering is easy.

The Oreo cookie wasn’t too bad. The have a rotation of different cookies. It’s got a middle school girl vibe too it. I imagine kids are all over this place. I was excepting a homemade taste. However, cookies are too sweet in my opinion. I’m sure the kids like them, I was expecting a more adult flavor.

I love the Carlsbad Crumbl cookie location! The staff is always so sweet and works diligently to get my cookies out as efficient as possible! They are also always extremely friendly and thank me for coming in, I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family

I walked into this store planning to buy cookies for my entire soccer team. I was the only customer there. There were 2 girls working there. No ACKNOWLEDGEMENT at all. I asked the girl the flavor of the cake sample she told me lemon 🍋 and walked away..so obviously they didn't need my service so I took my business 3doors down to NOTHING Bundt cakes and purchased 30 bundt cake.With great service.
