Pésimo servicio, ni 1 estrella merece el trato.
En la página se hizo una devolución para hacerla en tienda física, vengo y me dicen que no se puede hacer el cambio, debido a que ya están usados, se le mencionó que como fue compra en Línea me los tuve que probar. Al momento de probármelos me quedaron apretados y dure un día usándolo para ver si podrían amoldarse a mi pie, no fue el caso, hice en línea para poderlos cambiar por un par más grande y sin problema en la página. Al llegar a tienda (que me queda a 2 horas de mi hogar ), me menciona la encargada que no es posible realizarlo porque ya están usado, se le explicó el porqué se utilizaron y dicen que se deben de probar una vez y sobre una hoja o algún sitio que no se ensucien ni nada para realizar la devolución y que estén como nuevos , porque esos los vuelven a vender.
Procedí a limpiarlos para dejarlos como de “agencia “ como nuevos , y aún así no quizo.
En fotos pueden ver que no están gastados , ni sucios ni nada.

One of the male workers at the cashier sold me a bag without notifying me that it was a bag that I had to purchase without offering a paper bag as an option. The choice of words he used made it seem like I could only get a bag if I payed for one. “Do you want a bag for 99 cents?” Assuming I had to pay for a bag instead of getting a normal paper bag, I felt like I got scammed and when I asked for a refund no more than 30 mins after, I was notified that it was final sale. I was also not told this at the time of the transaction. It made me really upset that they were not trained well with their customer service and needed to properly communicate that the bag was a paid product and cannot be refundable. I wish they communicated properly the first time so this mistake wouldn’t have occurred.

Employee is rude when trying to make an online return. I bring in a pair of shoes well within the 45 day return policy, she is acting all bothered and counting each day on the calendar on her iPad. Then she tries to tell me the shoes I have brought in do not match the shoes in the order, however they clearly are the shoes (style/size/color) shown on the order. The tags are obviously still attached. Then she gives me attitude when making the return. I will try to return at a different store next time.

Should update times. Says open on a holiday on their website and google maps. Drove 45min. Gotta be on point if managing a business. Also, some of their shoe sizes are way off

A good outlet for casual/ core moulded foot wear for men, women, and children. Generally, it's okay. However, see some customer dissatisfaction on the non- availability of size or price charged more than disclosed on their website.

Every time I shop at the Croc store I always have a positive experience. The employees are very helpful and accommodating. Today they had a great clearance sale on select croc’s, buy 2 get 2 free!

Spent over 20 mins on the clearance shelf of buy 2 get 2 free and we chose our 4 shoes that were red tagged and at the counter they told us that they mislabeled one of the shoes and it didn’t count for the promotion. They should of honored the price tag that THEY put wrong!! It wasn’t our fault they mislabeled one of the shoes! Horrible customer service!!!

This place was great. Went there 3 times during our trip. Each time, the staff were helpful and didn't mind my daughter having fun in the store. I love Crocs, and the store reflects well on the company.
