Brought clothes here four or five times they've never bought anything most of what I've brought are brand new. And they say there to well loved. Today I brought a new coat only had it a year never been worn and once again to well loved what the hell is there definition of well loved. And it still has the tag on it. This place is a rip off. Never will
I recommend this place. They suck......I do highly recommend Uptown Cheapskate in Reynoldsburg or Easton

I have consigned prior however last week I brought in new uggs, shoes from jcrew never worn & clothes new with tags offered me 40.00. I declined their offer & sales associate was beyond rude after wouldn't even look at me. I know I am going to get full value bur 40 bucks for brand new items is ridiculous

My daughter and I shopped for the first time at the store yesterday. It was beautifully organized and impeccably clean. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Yolanda…we really appreciate your great customer service! We will be back to shop again.

They are sooooo friendly! This was the most organized and cleanest clothes mentor we have been in! And we’ve been to almost all of them. Amazing selection. Everything was super sorted, hung up and clearly marked. We will be back!

Take your sign down that you pay because that’s a lie I bought 4 brand new designer items and was insulted by giving me 22.50 /4 is 5.00 per item. You should be ashamed of yourself and I hope you go out of business. You are not for the people or the community. My first and last time. Would not recommend it at all.

Girls in the store are super helpful, friendly and always have smiles on their faces! A lot better experience here than in some of their other stores (Henderson road) I travel from downtown Columbus to come out here just for the customer service! Highly recommend!!!

The lady who helped me today could not have been more kind, welcoming, and overall lovely. She made the selling experience so personable and left such a great impression on me! I had my clothes looked at quickly and thoughtfully and got a very fair offer. Selling your pre-loved clothes is a weirdly personal experience I really appreciate when people treat the process with care! I've had subpar experiences with other Clothes Mentor locations and this visit turned my impression around. Such a positive experience and I'll be back to this location!
