I’ve been living at Bel Air on 25th for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is great, close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it convenient for my daily needs. The complex itself is well-maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to relax after a long day.

One of the things people always ask about when it comes to apartments is the management and maintenance—let me just say, they’ve got it right here. The staff is friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any concerns. A special shout-out to Mike, the maintenance guy—this man is the definition of reliable! Anytime I’ve had an issue, whether it's small or something urgent, Mike has been on it fast. He’s professional, efficient, and truly cares about keeping the place running smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows.

The apartment itself is spacious with great natural light and modern appliances. Parking is never an issue, and I always feel safe, which is important. Another thing I appreciate is that the noise level is very low; even though it’s a larger complex, it still feels private and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a well-kept apartment with a great community and responsive staff, especially with someone like Mike handling the maintenance, I highly recommend Bel Air on 25th. It’s been a great place to call home!

Boyfriend and I just moved into this complex about two weeks ago. While the staff has been very kind and assisting, Naiya especially has been very helpful for us during our move in process, the company itself does not seem to prioritize residents. Last night we called the emergency maintenance number after hours with a plumbing emergency in our kitchen- our sinks were filling with water and were going to overflow. Shortly we got a call back from the company and were told that “corporate has to approve of your emergency before maintenance is sent,” and that we could expect another call shortly. We never received a second call, and the next morning we woke up to a flooded kitchen with soaking wet countertops. I’m extremely unimpressed with the company for their lack of urgency and care towards emergencies like this one, because our kitchen flooded as a result of it & this could’ve been prevented had they listened to us & sent a maintenance person/plumber in a timely manner. Naiya seems to be the only staff member here treating our situation with some urgency or care.

This place called Earl Manor I have been here 7 years it was fine when I moved in but now it's overtaken by bad people, I feel they do know background checks on people and I don't mean go into a full blown out background check just the basics. They do not care about the property or how it looks the grass was so high I tripped and fell in it walking my dog they have one person on the lease but yet there's 10 people living in the apartment and it keeps going I think the owners need to come here have a meeting with the tenants and find out what's really going on...

This little community is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the location is ideal in Abilene. On a mild Spring day, one could walk to Drug Emporium, Planet Fitness, Sonic, HEB, and Starbucks. My experience working with Jesslyn was very pleasant; she is very friendly and helpful. With many choices in apartments in Abilene, Bent Tree is a jewel with professional property management, emergency maintenance, and a covered carport spot included for no extra charge with your apartment. Hail storm damage, anyone? My cat Ari and I will be enjoying our little spot for years. I've included some photos I took of my apartment yesterday at move-in. This is the studio floorplan, and it's cute as a button. Please consider Bent Tree in your search, as an affordable and comfortable value as compared to some of the newer communities in Abilene that look shiny but have not yet worked out all the kinks.

Began asking for initial payments for wall damages worth a bucket of plaster and a 50$ bucket of paint we could of fixed ourselves before kicking us out and then asking for 5,000$ as we "are no longer renting or have been tenants for over a 3month period. Where they are now asking for my personal use of my own home opportunity's within. Another apartment stay where I couldn't even be on lease and ended up homeless. Where they began to offer a 965$ rent stay until they began raising prices to 1,200 plus amenities for the own company ratings, and supplying me with an unvalidated support system to begin asking me for money after we moved out, we are no longer renting from Bel Air and have not been stay at Bel Air since March of this year, so please quit calling my phone and harassing my fàmily for payment when I am now currently not even able to get a job because falsification of there own renting agreement which was never ran by before or immediately after the Stay I Had with my Family.

Took 3 weeks to get the HVAC replaced with no rent deduction when only 1/4 of the house was livable in the middle of summer. Would never recommend!

You will not find any kinder or more efficient maintenance people then maintenance staff at Bel-Air on 25th

My bath required the faucet be fixed. Maintenance had professional plumber's come and replace it with all new parts. So nice.

Only been here a month but it has definitely surpassed my expectations. The area is quiet and peaceful but still located near everything we need. Joanna and Keanna are amazing and so helpful. Even with having some maintenance issue and things taking longer than they should, we still have felt heard by the staff. We together have made a game plan on what needs to be fixed and what's the best way to proceed with it. I can't say enough that these ladies truly care about the tenants.
