Our sales professional, Ronnie, was exceptional. He was honest and transparent about everything, no games or pressure tactics whatsoever. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure every detail was handled. Sales Manager Jeff was also instrumental in helping us secure the best possible deal. The finance process was equally smooth, thanks to the finance manager (I apologize for not remembering her name). She was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at her job. What impressed me most was the team's dedication – they even stayed late to ensure all the details were handled well. Sarah is an amazing rep! Gets my keep in quickly and keeps me updated on progress. Chrysler/Jeep as a corporation has some policies that suck (no loaners) seriously WTF! Honda gives loaners to people who drive civics! But I digress. Took my vehicle in to have a tire system checked out. Process was quick and easy! Thank you Sarah!!

Helped me make up my mind on what car was best for me and the best way to go about getting it. Melanie was also amazing! She got me a really good deal on a 7 year warranty for my used vehicle! I recently purchased my new vehicle at this dealership and it was a very positive experience. I was dreading buying a new vehicle mainly due to the cost of new cars and dealing/haggling with car salesmen, but AutoNation put my mind at ease when it came to communication, negotiating and customer service. I was interested in a vehicle on their site, negotiated a price that I was happy with through email and finally scheduled a visit to the dealership. All other dealerships were unwilling to negotiate through email and always wanted me to go in-person. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the sales manager Alex Jarvis and salesmen Xymone (pronounced Simon) Dapal. Both of them were cordial and helped me through the process in finalizing the paperwork. They were transparent about a small cosmetic defect they found on the vehicle which they fixed for me. They accommodated me with my busy schedule. If you are in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler vehicle, I highly recommend AutoNation.
