Had an amazing experience with the California Floral Company. Ordered on their website, everything was very smooth and easy to use, prices varied and matched what I was about to do. I went ahead and ordered the “Hello Beautiful” for my girlfriends, which she absolutely loved.

Shoutout to Johnny for answering my follow-up questions and making this as smooth a delivery as possible. When I order flowers again, it will be with these guys. Thanks again!

A week before Valentines day I ordered pic #1 from the website (see matching receipt) the website clearly shows a large bouquet with at least a dozen roses.

On Valentine's day my wife received pic#2 at her office. This small bouquet had FIVE Roses!!! I was furious and absolutely EMBARRASSED that this is what she received for $95.

I can only imagine how she felt. I immediately sent a pic to flower shop. After excuses and apologies the bottom line is this.

A Consumer should get what was advertised on the website, it is inexcusable. Instead of refunding my total payment, unless he could go pick them back up, ohh and did he really think it was ok to take them from my wife?! Unbelievable.

Instead he said to keep them and he would refund me half. I was disappointed not only with what they delivered but not refunding my total bill.

If the total would have been refunded I MAY have forgiven them, but the damage was done. My wife was embarrassed at work..... Buyer beware

Omg. This place is the BEST. Forget those weird national brands. I ordered a bouquet and paid for a blue bouquet. Called the store. Told them my friend hated blue. They adjusted my order. I even put the wrong Apt number and they figured it out!

Their customer service is above and beyond. I never leave google reviews. But if you live in downtown. This. Is. It.

First time sending flowers to anyone in the hospital and was a great experience. The hospital didn't allow flowers at first due to the patient being in ICU but the owner didn't charge me a fee or anything and resent them when she got into a regular room. Great company, would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed in order. As I understand substitutions I don't understand the lack of. I ordered forever our angel bouquet which showed 28 roses. My sister took a picture of delivery and there is only 10 roses with no substitution of any other flower. $120 is pretty expensive for 10 roses and then you add in the extra charges
