I inherited two beautiful gold mirrors from my grandmother. One was a huge ornate rectangle, and the other was a small oval. I took the oval mirror to Bowie on Bowie to get the back re-papered and to redo the wire so that it would hang horizontally instead of vertically. It was finished within a week. I then scheduled a time for Mike and his wife Robin to come to my apartment to hang both the mirrors. They were happy to work with my schedule and agreed to come to my apartment at 6pm on a weeknight. They took lots of measurements and offered helpful advice on where to place the mirrors. They made sure everything was centered and level. The home installation took about 30 minutes and they only charged $50! They are lovely people and I will absolutely use them again.

Came to them after going to Hobby Lobby where the frame lady argued with me telling me my idea was bad & it wouldn’t work, also the HL employee wanted to CUT 2 of my prints ?.. (I know ridiculous)... Fast forward I ask a general question about frame shops in the area on a Facebook group.... Unanimously everyone recommended Bowie on the Bowie.

We walked in, showed them what we wanted, they agreed it would look fantastic.... (where before I was told no)... They came in under HL’s price. WINNING!!!! We also hired them to come hang our picture collage... From start to finish nothing short of an awesome experience!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

After a lot of research and visits to other framing shops we decided to go with this shop based on the customer service and really feeling the owner understood our needs. When discussing what we were looking for the owner stated what was his professional opinion was and how he would move forward with the project. He stated he had framed jerseys in the past. We trusted his judgement due to the nature of his business. We came in a few times to check on the status of project and there were no issues to report with the layout of the jersey. With that being said when we went to pick up the finished product the jersey itself does not look professionally framed at all. I have framed sports jerseys on my own before but chose not to do this project due to the value of this piece. We were not looking for a perfectly pulled straight piece, but this was a VERY disappointing end product for the price we were charged..... In order to fix it the owner wanted to charge even more. We spent almost $1,000 with this business for two projects. Our company could have given this business a lot of repeat business however we will never be going back or recommending this business to anyone with framing needs.

Bowie on Bowie mounted three mirrors for my bathrooms and I couldn’t be happier with them!!! My husband and I are extremely happy with the quality of the work. The owners of Bowie on Bowie are so profession and great to work with. They know what they are doing and do it very well!!! This will be my go to frame shop for all my framing needs. . We had mike the owner hang the largest mirror for us and it was perfect!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOWIE ON BOWIE!!!

I brought a navy award certificate I had received more than 35 years ago in to get framed. It had been folded up in a box for all these years. I wanted to get it framed to not only showcase it, but also preserve it as well. There was no way I was going to send it off to an "online" company to have it framed and shipped back. I brought it to Bowie on Bowie through a recommendation from a friend. I discussed my ideas of how I wanted it to look and they took the time to explain all my options and made some great professional recommendations. They quoted me a VERY fair price for the work and told me it would take 2 weeks to finish it. Today was EXACTLY 2 weeks and I was able to pick it up. All I can say is WOW. What a fantastic job they did. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Bowie on Bowie.
