Excellent company.

I ordered a cabin high-sleeper bed with wardrobe, desk, bookcase and stairs.

The product is very good quality and came at a fair price. I also opted for assembly (it requires at least 2 people to put together, as it's huge) and Claudia and the team were absolutely fantastic - they arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and the communication was great throughout (the bed is highly customisable and they made sure to check preference at every step).

At first I wasn't sure this was a legit site. However after contacting the seller I found out I could pay cash or card on delivery which reassured me. I placed my order and hoped for the best. Turns out I had updates throughout the order process. And notifications when out for delivery. The customer service was outstanding and very reassuring. The delivery was brilliant and efficient and helpful. And the furniture it's self was sturdy and hand made to a very high spec. I would say the instructions to build the furniture isn't great and you hve to really get your head around it. However I would excommend this business everytime. For the quality and sturdiness of the furniture (not built used flimsy materials it's solid stuff). The customer service and the overall experience. I have only good things to say about this company. Claudia and her husband went out of their way to accomodate our needs. We did not realise that the bed we ordered initially was not suitable for our room. Upon delivery they guided us as much as they could and showed so many other options. We selected MAX 3 and could not be happier when it was delivered and assembled. They customised it considering the room size and our 4 year old son without charging a single penny for the re-delivery. You don't get this customer service in UK. Quality is great. Bravo to them!! They deliver exactly on the committed delivery date.

I purchased a cabin bed for £664. I expected great things. I was bitterly disappointed. Originally the fitters drilled through the side by the desk and glued white spots to it to cover it up. Then the wardrobe door was bowed, which is usually due to storage. I contacted the company to complain, and they agreed to replace the side but not the door as this apparently was not their fault. This was all due to be done within the regulated timescale of 25 working days. 40 days later I’ve still not received any parts. Now the drawers do not close properly, the cupboard doesn’t close properly, and the drawer sliders are bent. The cupboards on the stairs are all catching. The quality of the product is dreadful. The bed was advertised as coming with a bedding container, which it doesn’t. I’ve contacted the company and Been told now that the parts have been posted to me, which I’m assuming I will have to replace myself but that there is nothing else I can do for me. I asked who I could complain to and apparently I can complain to the lady that I have been dealing with. I have been informed this morning that there is nothing else they can do for me. The customer service received is shoddy. I was offered £100 voucher to spend on more of their furniture, but I would not recommend that anybody spend any money with this company. I’d give them less than one star if I could.

This company is so bad selling cheap furniture also I has 1 year warranty they didn't accept it I have waisted 700 pounds. The furniture they selling not the same as in pictures and if you buy ones they not taking back.
