Highline on Magnolia - Fort Worth, Texas

Since moving in last week, I have been thoroughly impressed with this apartment complex. Initially, upon my move-in date, I discovered that my AC unit didn't work, which definitely was not ideal for moving in during the hotter months. Nonetheless, what stood out the most was the responsiveness and care expressed by the property manager, Aliyah, and the maintenance team. I was quickly provided with a temporary AC room unit and was notified that they were scheduling an HVAC technician to come out and inspect the unit on the roof as soon as possible, which happened to be the next business day (Monday) since I had moved in on a Saturday. Throughout Monday, I received calls from both the property manager and head of maintenance giving me updates on the situation until the AC issue was resolved. The head of maintenance was also awesome and quickly addressed any work orders I put in.

The units themselves are well-constructed and have excellent layouts that feel very natural and spacious. The finishes are also modern, and the units boast high-quality appliances that work very well. The units as a whole are some of the nicest I saw after looking at 7+ apartment complexes, many of which had much higher rents.

The complex is very well-kept, quiet, and just has a good homey vibe to it. The majority of the residents I have encountered seem to be pretty young and chill too.

I would highly recommend this complex. The location is great, building/units brand new, and the property manager and maintenance team genuinely care about providing a great living experience for their residents, which goes a long way. I only have good things to say about this place. Love it.

Overall, Highline is a nice place to live. My unit is very nice and looks exactly like the virtual tours online. I’ve only lived here for a few days so far, but here are some of my pros and cons:

Pros:
- Building is secure. If you try to enter from the stairwells or parking garage, you have to scan once to enter the building and then another time to get into the residential hallways, which is nice. The only area not completely secure is the front lobby area, as someone could walk in and take the elevator to the residential hallways fairly easily during weekdays. However, the front lobby door is only open during the day without scanning, and someone will be at the front desk during these times. The locks on the unit doors also work well.
- Building is well-maintained. Coming from a much trashier apartment, this place is paradise in comparison. Front lobby and hallways are clean, trash room is also clean (thank god).
- Maintenance seems to be very nice. My fridge came without a water filter, and within hours of me putting in my work order, someone showed up to install one for me. They were very quick and professional.
- Many restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:
- My main gripe is with the parking situation. The parking garage is small, and at least half of the spots are reserved. So far, I’ve struggled to find a parking spot in the garage. The second options are to park in the also small outside parking lot, or park on the side of the building. You can normally find a parking spot outside, it’s just a little tedious to try to find a parking spot in the garage but probably not get one and then have to go back outside to park.

Will update this review if my opinion changes.

I toured a few weeks ago and the property was beautiful. The building is boutique style so if you want a space to enjoy your peace and quiet, this is it in my opinion.
The building is all indoors and has a homey feeling.
The tour I had was great and all units were clean and move in ready.
The staff was friendly and to the point.
I'm excited to move into my new home and to also try out the small burger spot across the street. (:

I have been searching for a new place to live and came across the Highline on Magnolia apartments. This complex is small but incredibly charming, making it the perfect place to call home. There are numerous attractions and dining options within walking distance, and it is conveniently located near mainstream grocery stores. Overall, the Highline on Magnolia apartments are stunning, and anyone would be fortunate to call this place home. Aliyah, the property manager, provided a plethora of information and willingly showcased various floor plans. Her charming and sweet demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. She conducted herself in a highly professional manner, and as I continue my search for a property, this particular one remains among my top choices.

This property is a true gem! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was impressed by the beautiful finishes and outstanding professionalism of the property manager, Aliyah. The location is also top-notch, with plenty of food, drinks, attractions in walking distance. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Really great apartments in the heart of Magnolia. Facilities are clean, apartment finishes are excellent and modern, and staff are very friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised at the pricing for these apartments. I have definitely been recommending this place to my friends!
