Black Friday shopping at Le Creuset has been productive. We got discounted enameled cast iron braiser, stock pot and miscellaneous items. Workers were helpful and welcoming even though this was one of the busiest shopping days. The store was clean and organized and someone greeted us as we walked in the store. No one try to oversell products. Will come back to get more products.

Five stars all around. A super organized and neat store with a great selection of pots and the like. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and he ensured that I got exactly the pots that I needed. He went above and beyond to be warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Definitely come in when they have sales going on, otherwise you’ll be paying a very pretty penny here. But the quality is unbeatable!

Customer service here is.. interesting. The franchise owner of this store may want to rethink staffing strategy here, just in case stuff like annual sales revenue is something they care about. Three associates standing around the front of the store with their backs facing customers is not a good representation of this brand.. An excellent brand, but a brand that is sold in a wide variety of B&M stores, and online. Personally, if I were the owner of this store and saw today's performance, I'd clean house.

Great service and amazing product. Dani helped me through the process of picking the right Dutch oven based on my needs, very knowledgeable young woman.

She was able to answer all my question and gave me great recommendations for utensils that I ended up adding to my purchase today. Thank you again looking forward to using them!!

This is my first at this store in Carlsbad and the manager leslye was very nice. She help me with my returns. And she explain about everything what i need to know about the stainless steel pan. I will go again to this store. I'm satisfied.

Recently purchased Satin Pink 3.8Qt Stockpot at this location. After first use of making plain rice porridge, realized there was rust stain around the inside of the lid. Contacted Customer Support and they told me it was "use issue" . What kind of food do you have to cook to Not have a "use issue" like this? So I took pictures and sent to store manager and she said it looked like a rust stain and she had asked me to bring it in for refund. But I didn't realize I contacted San Clemente location (by mistake) instead of Carlsbad where I purchased it originally. So I took it to Carlsbad location and showed the email I received from San Clemente store but they said they can't refund or give store credit since I used it. And told me to go to San Clemente!!!?How do you know something like this can happen without using it. Obviously it was defective or made with poor quality. Also Carlsbad location doesn't care what kind of product they sell as long they sell it. When one store recognizes the product was defective and tries to have a good customer service, this location does opposite. I have been collecting Le Creuset and own many pieces but this pot particularly is defective. I am not happy with customer service from Le Creuset itself and Carlsbad location store. I will not be purchasing anymore of Le Creuset from this location since I don't know which products are made cheap and they have return policy that's none existent !! Horrible customer service!! I also have put in complaint with BBB.

i went to the store today to exchange my cast iron pan for a bigger size. i bought the pan originally at the San Clemente location.
the sales associates John greeted me, opened the box to inspect the pan and concluded because the sticker was off on the back and that there were “scratches” on the surface it was used and cannot be returned.
i was shocked and appalled because i NEVER used this pan and was simply looking to upgrade to a larger size. I never inspected the pan when i bought it in San Clemente as i assumed it was new , but when i came home i looked at the pan and per my inspection it does NOT look used — no scratches on the pan or burn marks on the bottom of the pan.
I called the san clemente store and they assured me they do not sell used pans, and that the sticker may be off because the pan i purchased was on display in their store. they asked me to stop by their store to get it returned/ exchanged.

i am appalled at how poorly i was treated by john and his associate.
it’s not worth going to these outlets just to save a few dollars.
i will never return there and from similar complaints i saw on yelp, john and his manager need to be fired.

I love this store! I went for the first time last weekend to buy my boyfriend a Christmas gift. I will admit, I was a little intimidated at first because the store is so beautiful and I didn’t want to touch/break anything lol. But Cynthia and her teammates made me feel so comfortable that I ended up buying more than I had anticipated!

All in all, the staff and my experience was great and my boyfriend won’t cook in anything else besides his Le Creuset braiser!
