the manager at this location was extremely rude to my mother and i, raising his voice at us and wouldn’t even finish helping us. my mom needed help returning an apple watch, which he refused to give us a receipt for, and got so angry when we asked for an explanation that he stormed off to the back and told another employee he wouldn’t return unless we moved to a different part of the store. then he demanded that we be completely be removed from the store, by force. we still have no idea why he couldn’t give us a receipt or help us set up the watch, and this treatment was extremely mean and uncalled for. my mom was close to tears and as her daughter, it was very upsetting to see her treated this way. we’ve never experienced anything like this. my mom also needed help setting up a different watch, which he never did help us with, and another employee had to step in to help. this manager has no business being a manager at this or any store if this is how he treats customers

After six months of repeated calls to Verizion tech support to fix my voicemail problem I went to this Verizion store. I met with Daniel Riveria. He spent an hour working on my phone and was able to do what numerous calls to Verizion could not. He has restored my faith in Verizion.

The store manager was also very helpful and polite. I don’t understand all the bad reviews.

The store manager refused to help me with already paid services then asked me to leave would not give me the name or store number. He was the most nasty disgusting disrespectful person I’ve ever met in my life. Followed me around the store stating he was the manager and could do whatever he wanted. I’m reporting to the police for fraud as well. Thankfully I Went over to Oceanside they helped me with everything. I’m reporting you to cooperate!
