Off to a good start! Katy got the ball rolling really quick! From the initial call, to solidifying a package deal and getting booked was a breeze! She gave me great guidance over the phone as to what I was looking for and made me feel confident in making a decision, as I had quite a bit of questions.
Lastly, all the details of pricing that was explained over the phone was then sent to me via text. That made it super helpful on making my decision. Overall already very content in choosing this place and look forward to my future results!

The nurses are always great but the company is just awful! I feel bamboozled by a corporate company once again that doesn’t care about their customers. I originally came and they told me once I started laser hair removal I would need to continue going to them because they knew my treatment plan. Every appointment and I’m on my 16th they ask if it’s my first. So if you’re also asking if the hair will be gone? Good freaking luck. I also am a person who doesn’t have a flexible schedule and they will just change my appointment time if I don’t respond to their text within a hour. They don’t change it by 10 minutes they change it by hours. I’ve repeatedly told them I can’t do that. Nothing changes, you spend thousands of dollars there and you’re just a number to them. Like I said the employees are always great but if I could start my hair removal else where I would

Oh my gosh! This was my first time here and the girls were SO nice. I got Botox and filler, and the technician Bianca was so sweet and explaining the procedures, and making me feel less nervous. Lisa at the front desk was a nothing short of amazing as well. She welcomed me so warmly, and gave me a tour of the entire clinic! Which I’ve never had done before, I loved it. It is a beautiful clinic and again the girls are so sweet I can’t wait for my touch up! Thank you so so much again, Lisa and Bianca for making me feel so welcomed!!

I’ve been to multiple locations and everyone’s been friendly from the bay down to SoCal. My main location is Carlsbad and I love these girls! Front Desk and all the nurses! Everyone is helpful, friendly and amazing to work with thank you so much.

Pretty disappointed in my results. I paid A LOT for a full leg, Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal. They did 8 treatments with 6-8 weeks between each and I followed all directions.
When I initially called to get info they were pretty pushy about buying a "70% off deal" by agreeing at a certain time. They said to expect 80% hair removal and I don't think it did that. You can see from my pictures this is my hair growth a month out after I finished all my treatments. They only upped the strength of the laser my last appointment or two. I am disappointed in my results. Their solution was to buy more packages of laser hair removal.
I regret not shopping around more to other companies because I think I may have gotten better laser hair removal or at least a better response than to spend more time and money... they also never reached out or offered a way for me to reach back out to them with additional feedback.
