Rude staff at this store. They don’t greet you or ask to help you find something. One staff member was following my young child around. This ruined my shopping experience. Don’t linger behind my child, it’s disrespectful. I came in to buy a few pieces of jewelry for my sister, but decided not to spend any money because of the disrespectful staff.

Very friendly and fun staff! I've bought a few of their pieces from them and they hold up well!! I work outdoors and am covered in dirt and sweat almost every day, I've had my earrings for about 5 months now and they have yet to Tarnish! A really great buy if you are looking for gold plated jewelry that is affordable, tough, and still very elegant!

I had my first gorjana experience the other day and it was fabulous! I went in with a slight idea of what I thought I wanted, but had never been to a gorjana store or tried any of the jewelry so I was excited to learn about the different styles. Lexi greeted me and was amazing the entire interaction! She was patient and worked with me as we moved across the store to find the perfect sets of earrings and layering necklaces. All of the associates were great and Lexi went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile on my face! I have now started a wishlist and will be sure to return again soon! Great job Lexi and the Carlsbad team!

These sales girls are so stuck up. I don’t know why they believe they are so superior or maybe they have just grown up as spoiled brats. My Daughter went in to get a couple of Xmas gifts and had to interrupt the group of sales girls gossiping in the corner. She politely asked to see an item and the girl has the nerve to say “do you want to see it or buy it” what’s it to her that is her JOB that is the least she could do. I can’t believe the nerve of these girls. I wouldn’t have been so nice to her. I am gonna get her name and will report it to management. And yes my Daughter did purchase a couple of items.

I was given a bracelet as a gift and sadly it broke. I went into the store preparing to purchase a new one. She got the bracelet for me and I was waiting in line and she asked if I needed more help and I said I was just waiting to pay. She let me know they have a guarantee and there was no cost. Thank you for absolutely making my day. I know where I’ll be doing my shopping.

As a guy getting a present for my wife and knowing nothing at all, she was patient and went through multiple items showing me how they'd look until we found what was right.
